Good selection of tasty food for a wide range of desires. Best part of the experience was the service and when asked about a question about a potential allergy, even the chef came out to discuss the ingredients. Not many places will go that far.

Food was not very good. I tasted it but could not eat it. Our server came back once to bring our bill. Trash was under our table. We told our server she said that would get it up when she had time and left it. We won't likely be back.

PERFECT EVENING!! A friend and I went to Applebee's for dinner and couldn't get over how perfect everything was. From the food to the service. The beautiful young lady, Samantha, that was our server, was so lovely and attentive. She really made our evening a top notch experience. We will go back simply because of her. She is such a an asset to Applebee's. I hope they know how fortunate they are to have someone so knowledgeable about their company and to be a representative of Applebee's. Five star evening!!!! 7 years ago this was a family restaurant my wife and I ordered takeout it's been 7 years since we had eaten there I realize tonight it's no longer a family restaurant Dive Bar atmosphere takeout was cold and I'm pretty sure the bartender was doing shots. I've read through the reviews very ashamed of upper Appleby management for letting this restaurant turn into a dive bar. I don't anticipate we will be going back

Wow. I've eaten at restaurants large and small from Florida to Maine and this has to be the most unprofessional and horribly run restaurant I've been to in probably 20 years. I was staying nearby as the UT Hospital was close. I stopped in one night for a drink and the bartender was on an 14 HOUR shift and waiting tables as they were so horribly understaffed. Came back a couple of nights later and was served a RAW burger. Raw as in still cold inside. One staff member had, what I can only assume was her child, running around and then sitting at the bar. Employees could be heard yelling in the kitchen and couple of them even came out and said the staff were back there SPITTING RED BULL INTO EACH OTHERS MOUTHS. When they realized we heard them one tried to play it off as a joke while another said it wasn't. The bartender was nice but exhausted and our waitress the second night was more interested in some friends dining in than doing her job. I know they claim "millenials are killing Applebees" and maybe that's a good thing.

They replaced drink but was still charged for the soapy drink one time the chicken was so salty it couldn't be eaten
Not bad. The bourbon street steak was definitely better last time I was here. Mozzarella sticks were good. Kids pizza and burger were decent. Hamburger and fries were okay. Overall decent meal. Server was great. Not bad price overall.Kid-friendliness: Lots of meal options.
