Ordered a mobile order from home. Got there and they were out of biscuits so I would have to wait for more ! It wasn't even that busy that time of the morning.

On several occasions I have waited more than 30 minutes for my order. This location is horrible with wait time . Not 1 car in the parking lot , drive thru had 1 plus myself. The manager was outside hanging up posters, while the whole time they were out of chicken and biscuits. Gave me the wrong order than processed on with everyone else's order. Then the manager said I would have to wait again... No sir gimme my money back, life is too short to waste half a tank of gas sitting in limbo....

Stopped by Bojangles for a quick takeout run after landing in Knoxville, and it hit the spot. We skipped the biscuits this time and went straight for their fried chicken and a few go-to sides—mac & cheese, seasoned fries, and Cajun pintos. The chicken was hot, crispy, and had that signature Bojangles seasoning that’s hard to beat.

Mac & cheese was creamy and comforting, fries were well seasoned (not too salty), and the pintos had a nice kick without being overpowering. Everything was packed up neatly, and the staff were friendly and efficient—no fuss, just solid service.

Perfect for a grab-and-go meal when you want something satisfying and Southern without the sit-down wait. Would definitely swing by again if we’re in the area.

Grabbed takeout from Bojangles after landing in Knoxville, and it hit the spot. The fried chicken was hot and crispy, and the sides—mac & cheese, Cajun pintos, and seasoned fries—were flavorful and well-packed. Service was fast and friendly, and the location right off Alcoa Highway made it easy to swing by. Not perfect every time, but solid comfort food when you’re on the go.

Was in the restaurant 5 minutes and no one came to the front to take my order. Walked over to where people in the back could see and waited 2 minutes and still no one came to the front counter area.
