Stopped by Bojangles for a quick takeout run after landing in Knoxville, and it hit the spot. We skipped the biscuits this time and went straight for their fried chicken and a few go-to sides—mac & cheese, seasoned fries, and Cajun pintos. The chicken was hot, crispy, and had that signature Bojangles seasoning that’s hard to beat.

Grabbed takeout from Bojangles after landing in Knoxville, and it hit the spot. The fried chicken was hot and crispy, and the sides—mac & cheese, Cajun pintos, and seasoned fries—were flavorful and well-packed. Service was fast and friendly, and the location right off Alcoa Highway made it easy to swing by. Not perfect every time, but solid comfort food when you’re on the go.

Call me a glutton for punishment! I have been several times and have found it to be good when fresh. The problem is that it is hit or miss. I tried to be strategic and go during prime time but the food was still room temp and had yesterday's texture. This location is deceptive because you can wait in line for 10 minutes only to receive subpar food.
The service on the other hand is always good and they are apologetic for always being out of certain items.
