My server was great and that was the only thing that was great. The wait for the food was long and when it came out it wasn't even hot. Heck it was just barley even room temperature. I doubt anyone from management reads these posts but I'm still going to share anyway. I know people are going to say "why not send it back?" MY answer to that is get it right the first time so it doesn't have to be sent back and I was with a group who got their food and were eating so I didn't think it was right to wait a long time again for food that should have come out hot and right the first time.

This place is probably the worst restaurant in town! The poor food quality is just insane and the service is pretty bad. I don’t see how this place is still open! If you come here just get drinks cause you could do better with and air fryer and a stove over their terrible cooks with commercial kitchen equipment.

Cas or Cassie is on top of it every time. I watch how hard she works, and I don't know how much she makes, but she definitely definitely deserves a raise! The customer service I get from her every time is why I continue to be your customer. There are times I've been somewhat complicated with my orders, but she always made me feel like it wasn't an issue. Thank you, Cas, for being such a great server.❤️?

Placed a takeout order using the BWW app. Got there when the food was to be ready, went to the takeout counter, saw a bag there on the shelves. It took forever for one of the employees to acknowledge my existence. I probably waited 7 minutes, with multiple employees walking by, before someone said anything to me. Not even a "someone will be with you shortly" kind of thing. Finally someone asked what I wanted, and I told them I had a to-go order. They gave me the bag that I had been sitting there staring at. Next time, I may just go around the counter and get it myself, so that I can actually eat the wings while they're hot.

Worst B dubs I’ve ever had. Fries were so old they were inedible and seemed like they were over a day old. Delivery came fast so it was definitely a restaurant problem. Didn’t even get the regular restaurant ranch, it was warm and tasted like Hidden Valley garbage out of a bottle. Why would I pay restaurant prices for this?
