The employee at the register with the tattoos was very friendly and has great customer service although the dine in area is very dirty and if you dine in, you'll have to clean off your own table. The restrooms are disgusting and looks as if it wasn't cleaned since last year and the urinal does not flush correctly and you'd get a pungent smell of stale urine hit you in the face and singe your nose hairs off. The food on the other hand is just about sub-par bc you never know if you'll get fresh fries or stale fries and or nice hot whopper or a soggy/cold whopper. Please, for love of all things holy, clean the restrooms and dine in area and fix that urinal. But guy with the face tattoos, your cool 😎.

Alcoa TN location: Food is NOT good. I did not go inside, but the drive through was very slow and the bun of my Whopper was hard and inedible. They did their best to cover it up by adding a bunch of mayonnaise. I will not visit the Alcoa location again. Please train your staff to provide the same experience that we can receive 3 miles away at the Maryvillelocation
I've been coming to this location for a couple years now, at least once or twice a month for lunch - sometimes once a week. The food is always fresh, every single time. Staff is always friendly, and service is quick. The manager is always up front helping. This location is clearly run well and is the only Burger King I'll go to.
