Only negative thing today was the Mgr with tatts on her arm making my sandwiches putting giant thumb prints in my burger. Cashier Tyrell had excellent customer service though so that was a plus.

I went in, as I was traveling, I was going to use the restroom and grab a burger 🍔. I went to the restroom 1st (thankfully) and there was a COCKROACH 🪳 so big that I had to move around it to get out of the stall. Needless to say I didn't eat there. I'm not going to eat where there are HUGE bugs. Gordon Ramsey would have been outraged 😠 ! I don't recommend eating food from this particular location.

Men's restroom was a complete mess, not properly cleaned. Cleaning supplies just left laying around instead of being stored properly. Worse shape I've seen this location

Upon arrival at the establishment for lunch, my spouse and I were met with discourteous and unprofessional conduct from a staff member. This individual exhibited a lack of personal grooming, including an unkempt beard and visibly soiled attire. Furthermore, when presented with a promotional coupon, the employee demonstrated a lack of familiarity with the system and failed to seek assistance from management to address our inquiry. Subsequently, upon requesting to speak with a manager, our concerns regarding the employee's behavior were dismissed, and no resolution was offered. This level of service is deemed unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management's professionalism.
Went in to grab a few things from the duo/trio $5/$7 deal. Was hungry and didn't want to cook. The original chicken sandwich was edible but nothing special. Probably the best thing I got. Chicken fries were only warm and again nothing special. My whopper was again edible but really nothing to brag about. Every time I get one it's like the worst brownish lettuce. The onion rings were very soggy. No crunch whatsoever. I mean its Burger King so expectations were not high. It was probably better than I thought it would be. The service was good and the order was correct and all there. I was pretty happy about that. For what I paid I was satisfied. Let's be real you know what to expect. You either like it or you don't. As far as Burger King goes I'd recommend this one for a cheap meal.
