The only time my family eats at BK is breakfast. This place is in a great location as our morning drives take us past it. Our kids enjoy the biscuits or croissants. I always get the sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. I only get BK if I am taking my kids. I prefer Hardee's honestly.

Bought a kid's mealThe chicken nuggets looked old and reheated as they were overcooked and browned so much that my son would not eat them. Come on Burger King you can do better than this! with the prices of food these days ,food should taste good and not undercooked or overcooked or constantly getting orders screwed up like McDonald's.It's a shame.

I have never had a bad experience at this location until last night (2/4/24) and I honestly hate to leave a bad review anywhere but I have to be honest too. I had ordered some chicken nuggets FRESH and some sauce as a quick dinner before heading home after a long day. I was happy that my order was ready fast until I got back into my car to eat while I was driving. Every single one was hard on the edges and cold in the middle and just didn't taste right! I only ate one or two and ended up dumping the rest on the ground when I got home for the local stray dog to find and eat. I'm just gonna stick to my favorite location and never return to this one. I'd give less than one star if I could. Alcoa BK, do better.

This place is cursed. For years the orders are wrong, the food is bad, and the staff is completely incompetent. Not much has changed. I never go here anymore. Tonight, I tried, 3x the order was wrong. Never again! DO NOT VISIT THIS BK location. Spare yourself the hassle.

Dining room was dirty drink area needed to be cleaned and pick up tables were dirty we check 3 tables and they were all had food on them, lights hanging near registers were on floor, not a good thing. The woman behind register very nice but didn't take pride in her job. Wasn't very busy either.
