It was not a very pleasant experience! it took help over 10 minutes just to wait on us and when they finally got to us there was no apology no explanation, nothing... we were first in line and it still took them forever to wait on us, not very pleasant experience!!!!

Don't count the shrimp with a nasty pen. Rub your nose. then cop attitude when asked if they would eat food that was handled by a nasty pen & put your face in your hands on the counter. walk away without apologizing and finishing your new order. leaving it to someone else to do. $25.00 worth of food and get treated like I did something wrong. I did, I should have asked for my money back & went somewhere else. No thanks, no more Captain D's for me!! I will be calling the health department.

Ordered and paid for 3 piece fish meals. Got 1 piece of fish and 2 chicken in both meals. Paid almost $30. Will be disputing with my bank.

They must have a new cook here because the last time I was there the catfish and okra were so overcooked that they weren't edible! I went through the drive-thru. I sat there for so long waiting on someone to take my order that I just had to drive up to the window. Then I got the burnt food which wasn't edible so my money was wasted and I was left hungry. Do better!!

I don't know if I will ever eat here again because they forgot our ketchup and the fish smelled like mop water I'm sorry but I don't think the fish is supposed to smell like mop water also I agree with one of the comments no tidbits?? I was a bit disappointed the person at the window tho was pretty good at his job it was really just the missing ketchup and the fact the fish smelt like mop water
EDIT: we got the sea feast thingy and there was only ten pieces of fish there are supposed to be twelve unless the changed it but me and my husband were a bit upset about that

Went through drive thru, but had to park and walk in for condiments that we asked for when ordering.The food would taste much better if they changed their grease!!!!

I orderwd online and went to the drive thru. I had to wait 20 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. Fish was mushy & tasteless, hush puppies were too hard to eat, I gave them to my dog.
I won't be going back.

Second time that I have bought food here and only get part of it. I love the food so much, I am willing to drive to get it. The lady who hand me the food assured me she checked it personally herself and everything was there. If a customer orders your most expensive family meal get everything in the bag they paid for. Also when the customer calls back don't sound so unconcerned when they want everything they paid you for. I will not buy anything else from this location.
Nice, little restaurant with great food, nice employees, and a clean environment.
