Went in for dinner after work today. Drove all the way to the airport only to find out they didn't have lobster bites. They sent a coupon flyer to the house all about the lobster bites. That started the whole experience with disappointment. Our food came out immediately after we sat down which leads me to believe it was just sitting back there. I got chicken strips which were cold. The worst mac & cheese I ever had. The only thing good was the hush puppies and the coleslaw. The fries are average, nothing special. The fish was way better than the chicken but again nothing special. We dined in and the restaurant was filthy. We were really turned off eating in the dining room. We didn't want our daughter touching anything. The bathroom was pretty frightening as well. All in all it wasn't a great experience and I'd have a hard time recommending this place. We were definitely disappointed and wanted it to be good. Unfortunately this was not the case.

WE RECOMMEND NOT GOING ON THE WEEKEND... especially during college & Nfl football times.We dined in & only received most of our order plus a BROWN POTATO that has been there since this morning or the day before, they were more worried about watching the game then getting food out also for 3 people $47.80 is ridiculous especially when the food is half there!! The sweet tasted like it had been there since morning no date dots on tea urn which tells us everything we need to know. The staff in back was watching TV on there phones & sitting on crates when did watching TV become part of there pay remember customers are who give you them paychecks & crappy service will make you lose business

Got sick as a dog off bad coleslaw here Tue. I told manager something was wrong with it. She insisted just a new recipe CDs was rolling out. Thankfully i only ate a little of it or i would have died. People beside me said same about slaw.
Portion size and quality of food are horrible. Over the last few years has been in state decline. I'm done with Captain D's, It will be very easy for me not to go back. Used to be a great place to eat, but as with most restaurants the extreme greed has been the down fall of this place
