Brooklyn needs to be retrained. Totally ignored me twice, I was only person in line. When I said thank you for drink refills she just turned and walked away. Not the service you expect at Chick Fil A.

Chik-fil-A has always been a favorite place with us! My Dad and Uncle are handicapped and limited in where we can comfortably get in/out to eat. With your curbside service it makes Chik-fil-A not just our favorite place to eat, it makes it perfect for us!!

When I pulled up to the drive thru, there was one girl taking orders in my lane and two people taking orders in the lane next to me. Once the other lane was clear, they were both just standing there talking to each other. I’m not sure if they were both supposed to stay over there or not so I didn’t think much of it. Then it’s time for me to order. The girl that was taking orders ignored me and was talking very loudly to the other two workers (I think her name was Hannah). Keep in mind, she’s standing right in front of my window with my window rolled down and I’m looking right at her as she proceeds to talk loudly to the other two workers about nothing significant.
She took my order, wouldn’t really look at me, and then didn’t even say anything when I said thank you.
I got my food and went home and she didn’t put on my order that I told her I wanted extra pickles. When I initially ordered, I said, “can I get extra pickles on that please?” She said “mhm” and then asked if I wanted anything else.
It’s not even about forgetting pickles, it’s just the whole experience.

I’m a massive chick Fil A fan. But 40+ minutes in a drive through (when you even had a mobile order) is ridiculous. And I was here during off peak times. I got here at 2:30pm. This might be the slowest Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to. Nobody has a sense of urgency.

Very disappointed that there was no sign up on the doors this past weekend indicating that you was opening later on Monday for labor day. I know it is posted online but I shouldn't have to look up online or call to ask when you open up. Post it.i went to two different locations and one was closed for repairs and your location was closed.

After placing a mobile order and having it confirmed, I pulled to the window to be told that it was not confirmed and they could not find it. They then proceed to park me (3rd time this has happened overall) where I wait 15 minutes for my order that should have been ready. This place is garbage, run by kids with no adult supervision or care for the customer.

Frankie Turner, the owner of this chick fil a sent me a personal message in the CFA app with a gift card toward a breakfast sandwich. Very kind and I believe they are striving to be better and do things right!

This Chick-fil-A has been a staple in my town. Multiple friends have worked there and they have been providing great service to the community. It is a rarity when this location isn't busy. Even when they have been swarmed with guests, they provide exceptional service.

I have ordered food from the app, drive thru, and dining in and Chick-fil-A always provides. It is as if they pray over the food or something. (Hehe). Never skip on the Chik. Your tummy will thank you.

John (the shift manager) was super rude. They got my order wrong. When I told John this he offered a refund for the wrong item and offered something free for the trouble. I appreciated this but then asked if the item I was given would now be thrown away. I offered to just keep that item (a cup of soup) instead of an alternate item. He acted like I was an idiot and refused. He didn’t even state any reason or say this was somehow against Chic fil a policy or anything. Makes no sense. Why would you prefer food waste? Probably won’t return to this location. Also- the play area for kids is no longer here.

Update-
I received this response (see photo) from the owner. So I called and I was told that John had been talked to- and that someone else would talk with him as well about his rude behavior. The woman I spoke with offered me a free chicfila meal (put in my app) as an apology for what happened. She said it would be there by the end of the day but it wasn’t. The next day I called and asked about it. I spoke with someone else who assured it would be there by the end of the day but it wasn’t. Now I just called again- and spoke with someone else who told me it was really busy and took down my name and number. So much for making this right. It’s turned into just more of a headache.
