This is the worst Chick fil a I've ever been too. Very poor management and a very long slow line. I did a mobile thru order. My app said it was being prepared so I drove around. There wasn't the usual QR code to scan or any workers outside to direct which was unusual. Anyways I get to the window and they said they don't see my order. I had placed it 14 min prior. The manager came out and told me that at their store you have to tell the speaker on the ordering machine that u have a mobile order or it wont get done. She said no worries though will have it out in a bit just will take a while longer. Very disorganized workers not seeming like they know what they were doing. I would highly recommend avoing this location. Do better Alcoa Chick fil a.

Incredibly fast service. Chicken sandwiches were good. Waffle fries were not good. Seemed like they were fried too long maybe? Still giving it 5 stars because of service and chicken sandwiches. Fix the fries!

I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with pepperjack tonight. I got home 20 minutes away and it was a plain chicken sandwich! Why don't you all always get the drive thru orders wrong???!!!!
This has got to be the worst chick-fil-a in East TN. It is 5 minutes from my house so we stop here often and we are disappointed almost every single time. It’s also the only one where the employees literally don’t have manners and act like you’re bothering them. Food comes out wrong 85% of them time and they are slower than Christmas. Will now drive 15 minutes out of my way to the W Broadway location and spend my money there.

Nothings more irrating than having to go inside and fetch items that were forgotten because the worker walked away from you when you where trying to ask them about the missing items. This has happened twice.

The young man that took my order, Elijah, didn’t seem to care to be there. I went to ask about my rewards getting scanned and he just walked off. He wanted to know when he was leaving work rather than taking my order. After that I received my food it was cold as well.
This isn’t one of those Chick Fil A’s with a speedy drive thru system….good food but you’ll wait 30 minutes for it
