I ordered waffle fries and a frozen lemonade. I asked for the fries to be well done and was told I wasn't allowed to have them well done. This restaurant no longer will cook your fries well done. It's okay! This will be my last visit to Chick Fil A! Am I not the customer? Could I not visit any restaurant? I've worked in the food industry for over 40 years. The answer should never be no! This customer will choose somewhere else next time. Horrible customer service.

This restaurant almost always messes up my order. And I get home to find it messed up, and don't want to drive all the way back to Alcoa. It gets so aggrevating. At least his other restaurant hasn't messed up yet. It's just that this one is closer that I order here.
They never check orders before they go out. I'm taking off a star for every time I've had to go in to get items they forgot.

The staff is always so polite here and we never feel like we’re waiting too long for some reason but the wait is actually a thing.. everyone is always there so it’s not chick-fil-a
They never get the order right. They leave out whole sandwiches and sometimes just give you the wrong order altogether. I suggest you always check your bag before leaving.

Don’t come here past 8pm! We sat at the drive thru speaker for minutes when we arrived, and when after asking if anyone was there they didn’t apologize for the wait instead said “hey, what can we get you” then we sat at the window for 10 mins waiting for our simple order while we watched a bunch of 12 yr old girls sit there and laugh and hangout while we were waiting. But to top it all off when our food was up, the girl that handed it to us said “here” and handed my boyfriend our food, without saying sorry for the wait. Very unprofessional the way we were treated tonight.
