Chipotle is now ruined with rude typical southern customer service. No hello or acknowledgment…….acting like it’s a bother to help you….only saying “what else” “what else” “what else” while rushing you out. What a shame

It was super clean, the cleanest chipotle i have ever been to and the food was great! Can't say much about the service because I did a mobile order but the people at the front seemed very kind. I'm not really sure why this chipotle gets such bad reviews, it's very good!

I know this location is likely struggling to hire - so I understand the sometime slow service, and occasional error at the POS. I love Chipotle and this being our only one close to Walland, I’ve visited a few times. All that being said, the food quality needs major help. I just had the chewiest, nastiest chicken I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Not to rage review, but every other bite was inedible. With the shrinking portions and rising prices, I hope their leadership acknowledges the feedback they’ve gotten on here and takes some sort of action.

I have placed at least 3 different orders this month on the APP just to have them delivered to me and the food be made incorrectly. Constantly forgetting ingredients.

ordered a bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, tomato salsa, lettuce and guacamole. only received chicken, beans and rice.NOT worth the 19 dollars. paid extra for two wraps and the guacamole

I told the girl that I was paying for everything and ik it is expensive. She had the audacity to ask me is this mommy’s money. I do not know if that was a joke but a employee should not ask a costumer that.
