NOT one table clean, food area needed to be wiped and cleaned. Beverage area very messy, some beverages needed to be filled, no chips. I'm hoping and praying right now as after reading some previous reviews some patrons got sick. Not a good feeling.

The inside of this resturant was so disgusting that for the first time in my life i have felt like i had to leave a negative google review. The trash was overflowing, all of the tables were gross, there was even cheese and lettuce mess in the drink cooler next to the register.

I love Chipotle, healthy food and if you do the pickup it's extremely easy and quick too. Knocked a star off. Messed up my order.
Update: Everytime I order for pickup they mess up my order. Today again, this time all 4 of the orders I put in. Whoever overseeing this location needs to get it together. Hire competent people. What excuse could one possibly have for messing up all 4 orders. Usually it's one order consistently, now all 4. As a nationwide company, it baffles me they allow such a poorly ran establishment with their name stamped on it. It is usually fairly messy inside and doesn't look as clean as it should. I've been to tons all over the country, this one is the worst I've seen and gotten service from. Service I use that term loosely.

Food just okay. The whole place was filthy. Floor was filthy with food and stains. All the tables inside and outside were dirty. Customers had to clean a table themselves. Bathrooms were filthy with no toilet paper. Plenty of staff standing around talking when they could have been cleaning. Don’t know the manager but they should be fired. Will not return.

Had to order on line even though I was in the building. I ordered a bowl brown rice, brisket, tomato salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. Along with a small side of guacamole and a Mexican coke. Cost was a little over 26.00. When I got home I recieved half of rice, half the brisket, no salsa, no cheese and a small amt of guacamole then when I order at other Chipotles. I have a home in Maryville and NJ I'm so disappointed in the Alcoa Chipotle.

Always go to this one because turkey creek sucks but now this one is the worst. We drive 30 mins to get this food and yea our bad for not checking the bag but you would think they could simply do their job and not forget a whole bowl. Out of chips one day and couldn’t give me a refund and they are always skimping the food when the total comes to 50$. 4.50$ for queso and this is what we got will be the last time we go….
