Waited for over 5 mins while the male worker at the Uno on the Run booth was chatting it up to the Cinnabon female worker. The Uno worker looked at me 3 times and saw me standing there and didn't tell the Cinnabon worker she has a customer. I was the first in line but not the only one standing there. Guess they didn't need the business.

(To the pissed off long haired blonde girl) Just got off the plane and was super hungry so I decided to go to Cinnabon…. Asked for just the regular cinnamon bun and she looked at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about. (Trying to make me feel dumb) I said are you out? She said yes very rudely and said they only have the Miniature ones . I said okay never mind then thank you and she gave me the nastiest look. If you don’t like customer service then DONT GET A CUSTOMER service job!!!!! Go be rude somewhere else.

This was a horrible airport, the restaurants are few and far between it's so limited there's absolutely nothing here to eat so we went to Cinnabon because it was pretty much our only option and the girl behind the counter her name is Allie extremely rude, had to attitude problem the entire time, we asked for her to please heat it up because it was cold and she THREW it in the microwave for 10 seconds seconds and then SLID it across the the counter at my wife like garbage, we asked for a refund and the manager made excuses for her attitude problem stating " they have been here since 3am" how are we SUPPOSED to know she's had a bad day and been up since 3am. Customer service should not work that way, he should have apologized for her behavior and immediately given us a refund without any excuses!!! Unacceptable behavior.
