I love eating here, whether it's for lunch, dinner, or just to grab a drink and an appetizer, they are always wonderful here. The chicken nachos are bomb and the smokehouse burger is a must try if you love western style burgers! Always treated very well when we are here! We held a memorial service for my dad at Courtyard and the staff treated us great. Go ate eat and enjoy a wonderful experience. Although I reside in Georgia now, Courtyard made me glad to call Tennessee home.

Enjoy food every time. Chicken tenders are fresh and my personal favourite. Friendly service. Watching a game at the bar and passing a bit of time is enjoyable. Glad to know that they are a family run restaurant. Decent food for decent price. Still coming back after years.

Carry-out service very convenient. There is parking in the front. You do have to go inside to pay and pickup. They packed the bread and vegetables separately so everything was fresh when I got home.

Me and my family as been coming here for years I've even rented rooms before but in the last couple of months it's been going down in food quality and servers and host's. We came in as usual but this time they added a tip.on each of the people tickets that was at my table and claimed it was because I didn't tip one's before, and started claiming that I come here with my daughter all the time and we don't tip but I always tip when we come in and the (daughter) isn't my daughter he is my son they said they know they didn't make a mistake and treated us all rudely and unprofessional

My wife and I stopped by for dinner this evening and when we entered the door the hostess looked at us and advised a 30 to 45 minute wait. It was every minute of that wait before we were seated. Our waitress came and we placed our order, this time we waited an hour for a club sandwich and chicken tenders. I made a comment to our waitress about the length of time and it was the manager who brought our food. She sat the plates down rather curtly and advised we had ONLY waited 50 minutes and that SHE would cover our food and then bolted away without allowing me to respond. I would have been more than happy to pay for our meal, but her attitude and response spoiled the rest of my evening. I will never return to this establishment due to the disrespectful manor in which I was treated.

We always eat there after a basketball game. This time we had a different waitress, we waited over a hour for a salad and baked potato. All we got was appetizer and one house salad. The waitress didn't follow up on our order. So we finally ask for it to go. After paying 20.00 each we were really unhappy.
Very nice place and the service was excellent. I was very impressed how all the staff helped each other so none of the guest had to wait and they were all very friendly and professional. Thank you all for a great dinning experience.

Just sharing this so that you can avoid losing more customers. My wife and I dine there around 20 times a year usually on our way home from a UT football or basketball game. This past Saturday we stopped in around 3:45 pm and went to the bar to sit (There was no one at the hostess stand when we entered) We sat at a dirty table in the Bar as all of the tables were the same. There was one party of three eating in the Bar area and two customers sitting at the bar with drinks. Food was brought out for the guests in the bar. We were not acknowledged by the employee. We both took turns going to the restroom and after 15 minutes with no service I went to the hostess stand where a young lady was texting on her cell phone and after getting her attention asked if we could be seated in the main dining room as we had not been waited on in the bar. She informed me that it would be a 15 minute wait for a table, in looking around the restaurant there was only one table occupied and there were 4 people dining at this table. I said so you are telling me you are not currently open she said it was shift change and it would be 15 minutes before we could be seated. We left went to Texas Roadhouse and proceeded to dine there. I am letting you know this so that you may correct this in order to not lose future customers. As we will not stop there in the future on our drive back from Knoxville.

Cozy, nice place. Service was decent. Lots of menu options. I ordered blackened grouper. It was seasoned well except too much salt. After we got our food the server disappeared.
