It was the same great food and service. Everything looked like it always did which was great.

We eat at many CB’s. We were in town and tried this one. The food and service were consistent with other CB’s. The dining room, for some reason, poorly lit/dim. We could barely read our menus or see our food.
Other than that we had a good experience.

Our wait was very long, over 30 minutes, and we were about to walk out. But our wonderful server, Nicole, went above and beyond. She was constantly running back and forth, refilling our biscuits, and got our food out promptly. Meanwhile, the other servers blatantly ignored us. If you have the chance, make sure Nicole gets a generous tip she truly earned it!

Cracker Barrel has changed. It looks as tho Cracker has gone woke . Not good. I Iike the atmosphere of the old CB.

I went with a friend for lunch. The take where we were seated was in a very dark area of the dining room so we moved closer to the windows. At some point they turned up the lighting. The server was very friendly and attentive. She rolled my sweet tea several times. The food was good. I had the Thursday lunch special which was turkey and dressing with sweet potato casserole. It was delicious and the portion was good for the dressing and sweet potato, but only two small slices of turkey.

I wasn’t quite sure how to rate this one.

I ordered the chicken tender platter. The chicken tenders were less than ideal. Looked absolutely nothing like what their photo showed. I think they cut them into strips to save money.

To top it off, this is the side of fries that came 20 minutes after I ordered the food itself. Note that there are 12 french fries on a plate here. And this constitutes a “side” of fries.

I wish I had taken a picture of the chicken tenders. Because they were just as pathetic.

This place has gone way downhill in the time that “john” has been the GM. they are unable to keep staff. The turnover is absurd. And I’m told that he’s quite the egomaniac by former employees.

I’m not sure why this place has such a great reputation. They must be riding off of the reputation of other Cracker Barrel‘s in their area. Frankly, it’s unlikely that I’ll dine here again.

Worth noting that every server I’ve ever had at this Cracker Barrel has been amazing. So I’m not sure what the problem is. Leadership I suppose.

Didn't Democrats learn anything from BudLight? Go Woke, Go Broke isnt just a saying, lol. No need to make excuses but I can't believe the company rebranding is kicking out its southern roots. Shame, Shame, everybody knows your name.. Hopefully the company tanks right into the toilet..

Our waitress, Abigail was sick a delight. She was happy, professional and just an all around great server. Food was delicious and service time good. I would like to ask that you do not remodel your stores and your brand. We do not want to feel that we are walking in to Applebee’s or any other restaurant. The old country feel has been wonderful. Please take heed and listen to your customers. Don’t mess it up!

My waitress was exceptional. The food was really good except the turnip greens had way too much shredded ham(?) in it. It was like meat w a small amount of turnips but I wanted greens.
