We used the app to put our name on the list as we drove 25 minutes to get there. When we arrived we waited about 5 minutes. They were very busy and, as all restaurants are these days, short staffed. Our waitress was polite, with a smile even though she was running hard. The biscuits were so hot & fresh I’d say they were the best I’ve ever had at CB! 3 of my friends had breakfast, bacon was perfect & they were all hot when delivered. I had a fried chicken salad that had a very generous portion of chicken & the lettuce was extremely fresh! Highly recommend this location!!

I don’t know what’s going on at the Cracker Barrel in Alcoa, Tn but it is Awful! The food isn’t near as good and the service isn’t what it used to be. Definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed last 2 visits.

The food is always so good, never disappointed. Abd our waitress was Awesome!Dietary restrictions: I really love how they offer a varieties of vegetables and fruits.
My daughter and me stopped at the Cracker Barrel at the Alcoa Tennessee April 3, 2024, at 3:45 pm. Very few people there at that time we were seated quickly. Waiter did not come to the table for 20 minutes or longer. He took our order, 15 minutes or longer he brought our drinks, another 20 minutes we got our order. The food was good and hot.We have eat at this location and service was always great. This time one could see that we were not the only customer getting such slow service. I observed others complaining. Don't know that we will stop there again.

Very nice hostess that seated us.Waitress kept our tea glasses full, and checked to see if we needed anything.The cashier was polite and efficient.Parking: This location has parking lot that wraps around the building just that they're so popular that at certain times they're so slammed you can't get a parking space and other times it looks full but then you get in and go to the side or the back and you find a place but it's a great location and everybody loves it
