I feel that the ice cream I paid for was not the actual size that I received. It was such a noticable difference that I didn't think it was my order. A Culver's employee holding the wall up, watching other employees struggle, and their lobby fill up also watched me place the order. He randomly decided to jump in and help his fellow co-workers. Grabbed a cone, barely put anything in the cone, walked in front of me to circle the lobby looking for, me. I finally held my numbered marker directly in front of my face rather than just holding it at chest level in my folded hands. I had taken maybe 6 steps out of the way of the register to wait. I felt judged and the kid was trying to be funny acting. I'll never take my gay money to another Culver's again. We use to order doordash a few times a month from them. I'd rather spend it at Chick-fil-A where they make no secrets about their opinions. I've been a Dasher for quite a few orders being delivered from Chick-fil-A and never once got the feeling I got from the rude kid at Culver's.

Culver’s is one of those places where you always know what to expect. This visit was no different. Burgers are always good and their fries are one of my favorites. What really makes this one of my favorites is the staff. They are always friendly and very helpful.

This place takes me back to a time when great food, great service, and a spotless facility was the standard. I would give this place higher than 5 stars, if possible. To the owner, managers, wait staff, and cooking line: Bravo Zulu! Absolutely perfect. Special shout out to Ben (I think... Sorry if I got your name wrong) for making the best damned banana split I've ever had, even if it was the first time you had made one. The girl that took our order was an absolute sweetheart and you'll have to forgive me for not catching your name. Please open one in Pigeon Forge!!
Came here with some family who wanted to come. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so kind to everyone. I got a chicken sandwich and it didn’t taste cooked all of the way through. The first few bites were good and then it became too hard to chew and flaky. My family got burgers and loved them. We also go ice cream and it was great. I definitely recommend the heath crunch ice cream.

Jan2025 looking forward to try out this "Big Cheese burger" but this store doesn't have it. Otherwise, food is good with Culver's quality.
The food is always fresh, fast, and delicious. The staff is always friendly. Atmosphere is very clean. Culver's is better than McDonald's and Dairy Queen. Culver's needs to put a restaurant in Townsend TN. We don't have any awsome fast food restaurants in Townsend where my husband and I live. All we have is a Pizza Hut and subway. I highly recommend Culver's. They totally Rock!!
We walked in and there was only 1 person operating the cash register named Hazel. Not sure why when there were about 6+ other employees standing around and talking amongst themselves. We ordered and ate our food. I generally wait to order the ice cream until after I have finished my meal, because sometimes I don’t have room for dessert. Today I really wanted the ice cream. I proceeded to the registers and Hazel was still standing there and I tried to order some ice cream and she informed me that the cashier to her left could help me. Before I even got to the counter that cashier was trying to put her hair up. Her name is Lily. I moved over for her to wait on me and I guess trying to fix her hair at a register was more important than waiting on a customer. Then I thought to myself after you have had your hands all over your hair at a register and in an open food service area this was not very sanitary. I decided not to place a to go order and order any Ice Cream. I certainly did not want to be handed a drink cup after Lily had her hands in her hair.

So me and the family decided to start trying Culver's for a step up from the other fast food joints. Sadly we have found out that their night shift is just like all the others. young kids(teens) working in there that don't care about the customers or the service they offer. visited tonight just got dissert. Easy order. Just three small shakes. One chocolate, one strawberry, one peanut butter. Pretty simple. First off, all three were so thick that they couldn't be sucked through a straw. sadly this is always an issue. This time we used drive through so we found out after getting home. The last few times we went in we had to bring the shakes back up to be re made to drink. Also I got a chocolate shake, then one was just plan vanilla. Should have been peanut butter. The last one was supposed to be strawberry. I will say there was a very light pink color. My wife said they barely put in strawberry in it and she couldn't taste any in her shake. This place is like all the rest. If you are looking for a better fast food experience, don't waste your time here cause it's just like all the rest. Over priced. Low quality. Uncaring staff.
