Domino's Pizza

Second time ordering in a week and once again I ordered my pizza at 9:03 i called at 10:05 to ask where my pizza was she said they just left with it they’re on their way so it’s now 10:40 i finally get pizza and of course it’s cold soggy and my pizza had stuff on it I didn’t order like a single piece of onion 2 black olives and 4 pieces of chicken on it. I ordered mine with bacon pepperoni and jalapeños my order was a special for $19.99 after delivery and other fees it was $43 and some change for pizza we didn’t even eat because it was soggy from sitting in the box for so long I guess I didn’t complain the first time because I know things happen well after twice in one week. I want a refund full refund and I’ll be sure to never order pizza again from dominoes.

I ordered pizza from this domino's at 923 pm because I was in town visiting and my boys were hungry. 1st I had issues with ordering online because it kept sending me to the wrong domino's and they kept canceling my order. So I called this one because I was told this one is in the area I was at. When I placed the order they told me it would be a hour and I said that's fine. A hour and a half later I still had no pizza and I called to see where it was and they told me they only had one driver and our order will be sent when the driver got back. After 2 hours I still have not received my order so I called and they said the driver just left the store with my order and it's now 1220 and I still do not have my order. My boys fell asleep without even having dinner because of it. They tried to offer me store credit but I do not live in the state and will not be able to use it. It's after closing and I can not even get a answer on the phone now. Very poor service and slot of lies from the employees.

I ordered my pizza online and went in to pick it up. When I went it no one had gloves on and they were making the pizzas in the back with no gloves. So I left my pizza there and left.

Food we had delivered was terrible. Sandwiches were so burnt they were barely edible and hardly any meat in the steak and cheese. Loaded tots had all the cheese burnt at the bottom and they were like briquettes. Pizza was pretty tasteless. Will not order from here again.

Despite all the poor recent reviews, my brother and i ordered a pizza at 9pm and were delighted to receive the best freaking pizza I've had in a long time. We're from out of state and honestly, it made the whole trip better. They have ONE Friday night driver so y'all need to chill out about the delivery time! I'm happy i got any food at all i was so hungry 😭 Dear Domino's please tell your nighttime pizza angel she DELIVERED and was still super positive despite being slammed with orders. 11/10 would order again if i return

What's going on dominoes , you use to be our favorite twice now pure disappointment the subs had no sauce 😔 the pizzas twice now had hardly any pizza sauce and overcooked. You use to be so good and cared but now it's not so good, and some have attitude problems. To work in any kind of retail or food industries you can't be that way , leave your problems at home, other wise slowly but surely you will loose customers 😉 please work on that.

If you want your order correct, and delivered in a timely manner seek elsewhere. This location messing up my order and domino’s lack of customer service has successful turned me off domino’s. If say i order 30 bucks worth of food, then it arrives and nothing i pay for is correct, contact customer service. They offer, 20% off my next order. Yea FU. I already gave you 30 and in exchange i got thoughts and prayers. Now you want more money. Pfft. There will be no more orders.

The mark of quality service comes out as excellent when responding to a mistake. The young lady who is a manager of this store did an excellent job in impossible circumstances. The person who took the order made a mistake by not entering it correctly. When I called, the manager had already found the mistake and started the order. Though extremely short staffed she graciously listened and offered a discount on the next order. Her patience, humility and service skills made me remember what service is all about, putting people first, well done! Pizza was hit and we'll prepared. Definitely recommend this Domino's.

Whenever I place orders in Domino de Alcoa I never get the orders I think they are stolen because I have ordered twice and they have never arrived

Why would I purchase a pizza in Alcoa when I'm 2 freaking minutes from one across the street!!! 1Hour and 30 minutes later...:::::::.

Of the several Dominos locations in the Maryville Alcoa area I'd say this one is the best. A lot of Dominos over cooks the pizza. This one was much better. Good sauce ratio and all in all a decent pie. The BBQ chicken was pretty good as well. I go here because my kids like it and a large carryout is like $8.00. You can feed a family of four for $20.00 and everyone is happy. It's Dominos so you know what your gonna get. If your on a budget and your kids are gonna be happy than this is your place. It's worth it to just not here the kids complain.
