Everytime I stay nearby for work, I always make it a point to go out here. Menu prices are pre-COVID and they don't skimp on the food. No metal taco holders either, so just keep bringing it and we'll keep eating it.

A friend took me here because he was in the mood for Mexican. I ordered what I normally get at other places, but I wasn't that impressed. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The bathroom needed a total overhaul, and the restaurant itself wasn't the cleanest. I probably won't eat here again, unless my friend drags me there.

Cool Mexican place. Place is very well decorated like a mexican plaza. Chairs and booths are hand carved, which looks great. Very clean place specifically with the type of decor they have.
Staff is friendly and attentive. They check on you a few times but not to make you uncomfortable, which I do appreciate.
Food is good. Nice flavors. Menu is not overwhelming but has enough to satisfy everyone. I went during dinner time on a Wednesday and it was not crowded. Strange when it is right in front of the airport with hotels close by.
Overall, I recommend trying it.

Great customer service. This was my first visit to El Sazon Mexican restaurant in Alcoa, TN just outage of Knoxville. The food was Good and the service was good as well. I was very surprised to get Good Mexican food this far from the southwest. But if you're in the area Please stop by this restaurant and give them a try. The Mango Margarita was really Good as well. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely visit this restaurant again!
