This location is now called Uno on the run. You can definitely tell that it is basic and rather bland tasting. Slow Service, which is typical for most places at airports.

Absolute bottom of the barrel option. Lol, their bacon egg and cheese is made with literal bacon bits. Where are those slices you have in the picture mf'er. Garbage garbage experience. But hey, they gotta monopoly on food in TYS Airport. So eat it and shut up.

The pizza was barely cooked. The chese did not melt all the way and the pizza was jelly when you bite into it. The only positive thing was the taste of the pepperoni.2 Pizzas and 2 waters nearly $45! Ridiculous prices for such a low quality product.Dont waste your money. Try something else in the airport.

Always love hitting this one after we get through security at the airport. They never disappoint! Great tasting beverages and food. Friendly staff!

Sub-par pizza and a Med. soda for $15+. Not a great choice.

The young lady working there was great! My girls loved the drinks. Made them feel "special' :) ........

To the lady with the nasty attitude this morning when asked where my drink was. Her reply was,”what is your drink?”,with a nasty look on her face. When I told her what my drink was, she said again with a nasty tone, “ you are gonna have to wait.” Now mind you, this is after making drinks for people that were after me. If you don’t like your job, then get a new one. Thank you for the attitude first thing in the morning, you can keep the drink

A Couple of Decaf Lattes In February, we were flying to Chicago, and then home, from Knoxville Airport (TYS), after a stay at Blackberry Farm, for the first trip, since Mid-March. Observations, in the time of COVID: The shop next to Starbucks (Quizno’s and Cinna-bon) seem to be closed. The staff at Starbucks wear masks, as did all patrons we saw. There are decals on the floor, for social distancing. The few tables are now fewer, and well-spaced. As usual, our order was up quickly - very quickly in this case as we were the only folk in line, and the airport was virtually empty. We paid via credit card, and no signature was required. Prior to our flight up to Chicago, with no coffee on board the little EMB-145, these Lattes hit the spot. We walked down to Gate 11, and relaxed, while our plane was sanitized. Great service, in a convenient location!
