Five Guys does have good Burgers and Fries however we paid almost $37 for 2 burgers, 1 order of fries, and 2 drinks. We could have gotten 2 steak dinners with an appetizer and 2 drinks at a different restaurant for less money. Their burgers are good but way overpriced

just got food to go from here and when I got out to my car to eat it, the fries were rock hard and stale!! They tasted like they had sat on a warmer all day. Worse than McDonalds-- very unlike the Five Guys experience we are used to having. So disappointed! it's not cheap.

The food is always great at five guys but be sure and check your food before you take it all the way home. We ordered and paid bacon cheeseburgers and a BLT. No bacon on either of the burgers. I’m surprised the blt had bacon!

The food tastes great as always but I have never received so little fries. I ordered a regular fry, came in a pretty small cup with no fries overflowing in the bag. For the cost I expect a good portion of fries like I have had in my past experiences with this company.

Food is always good. Atmosphere was good. Ate there a week or so ago. They were understaffed. I got my food in a reasonable time. One woman was complaining. Didn't get the Cajun seasoning on my fries, as requested. This location is usually pretty spot on.Being understaffed can be caused by a number of things. I hope they get that sorted out soon. I'd still go back tho. Overall good experience.
Food is what you'd expect from a Five Guys but my god they don't understand how to handle an online order. Have done it multiple times and I end up waiting in the store longer than if I'd just driven to the store and ordered. And after waiting 20 minutes PAST when it said my food would be ready, hardly got any fries.

$12 for a drink and large fry, ok cool they probably will give me a lot of fries right, nope, drinks were gross, got a handful of fries, paid $12 for $3 worth of food, costumer service might as well had been non existent, no other customers waiting, I waited at least 10 minutes as well, the girl at the register was nice but the cook was very rude and appears angry, I am quickly reminded why I stopped eating out before
