Asked for a small ham. Clerk brought out one that weighed 4.2 lbs. Paid $54.65 ($12.72 per lb.) Also got a side of scalloped potatoes for $11.99. Total after tax came to $72.
When we opened it up at home, we found they had started to slice it for serving but didn’t (couldn’t) finish. Seems that there was a bone in the piece that weighed literally 2lbs. That’s $24. for a bone!!! Very disappointed.
The staff went out of their way to accommodate my specifications, even asking the Manager for permission to do something I requested. The ham was absolutely delicious.
Great food and great service. It's a little pricey but worth it for a special occasion. It was perfect for a retirement dinner.

Really helpful and friendly clerks. I seeded a gift card for a friend and they helped me decide what amount I needed to cover tax and all.
I purchased my ham online, preordered for Easter. Went at assigned time.Even though I had a scan code and went to the appropriate line, the code wasn’t scanned. The young lady looked for my name for a minute, then sent me to another line. “Go see her “ were my instructions.I went to see “her “. She didn’t scan my code either. Looked for my name for a few minutes. Then, scanned my code, which immediately found my order.I received my quarter ham and went on my way.I have ordered probably, 50 HoneyBaked hams in my 66 years on Earth. All perfect. So, I did not check my ham until Easter, about 30 minutes before serving. It was burned. I thought it looked pretty dark, but I tasted a slice. Trust me when I say it was inedible.I was extremely disappointed. We had a vegetarian Easter.I will return the intact quarter ham tomorrow. But I don’t think I will purchase a ham from this store again.

By far the best tender and moist turkey I have ever eaten. Ham was very good and tastes like how it tasted when I was a little girl. Very good quality meat and prepared perfectly!

Placed online order went to pick it up and they had no record of it. Then magically they printed and prepared the order. I get home and 2 out of 3 sandwiches were completely WRONG!! The sandwiches went straight in to the trash can. This was my first and will be my last visit to Honey Baked Hams.
