My 13 year old son and I stopped in for dinner tonight. Stephany was amazing! Very tentative, offered great food and drink recommendations, and even in the midst of chaos, she kept a smile in her face. She was even able to get my tired, grumpy son to crack a smile. Walked in and spent 20 minutes waiting on a waitress then when a waitress did come to the table she said she would see who is available to serve my table. Then the same waitress came back 15 minutes later and asked what I would like to get . This is after I had to call the restaurant and speak to the manager over the phone to get him to send a waitress to my table......worst service I have ever had here.

Was seated in if you want to call her a server Alexis section. She has some kind of problem with me and asks another server to wait on me having done nothing to her. She has such a problem with me she would not clean her table behind me until I left. This comes from someone who has tipped her hundreds of $$ in the last 6 months!!! I don't bother no one and am on dialysis and most likely die soon. My Advice is to watch who you tip they really aren't your friend!!!

I was extremely surprised to see how poor the performance was at hooters for me. I made my order online and arrived at the designated time. When I arrived the hostess was letting everyone know how bad of a day their cook staff is having and it will be a while. I did have to wait about 45 minutes longer for my order which would have been acceptable to me if the order was correct. I ordered wings and shrimp. Did not get my wings, which sucked. Sucked because I drove all the way home to get this disappointment. Lastly when i saw the bartender eating a chicken wing and serving beer at the same time, i knew it was time to go. Over bad experience

The food was good but the service was even better! It usually stinks but not this time. Patience was our server and I’m here to say that she is the best!!! She was friendly and had our drinks and food right on time. I recommend Hooters, when Patience is working!

Atmosphere great as always, service (alexis) was great, BUT it was only her and one other waitress there for the entire 2 hours we were there. It took 1 hr and 15 minutes for myself and the majority of my table to get our food, and when it came out it was cold. we didn't bother saying anything because it would of took another hr plus (we felt like) just to get it warmed up and returned to us. I've eaten there multiple times and this by far was the worst experience I've had.
