Hot Chai was very cold and extremely watery, Chicken Salad was bland and tasteless. Threw it away. Staff was nice though, if We hadn't been in Drive thru we would have asked to have it all remade

Honestly, this place just isn’t it. The food tastes super bland, like the bacon is the precooked kind you get from the grocery store. The eggs aren’t consistent anytime you go either. Nothing tastes fresh at all.
The coffee’s okay at best, but extremely overpriced and if it’s even slightly busy good luck getting it in a somewhat timely manner.
And don’t even get me started on the employees. Every time I’ve been in, they’re just sitting around on their phones or laptops like they don’t care.

First time today going through their drive thru. Had Americano coffee and a breakfast burrito. Both were fabulous. The breakfast burrito was perfect and the pico on it was spot on! I highly recommend it. People were polite and friendly. I will definitely add this to one of my favorite places!

girlfriend just spent $42 plus 20% tip for the egg waffle thing for me and ciabatta egg and bacon sandwich for her and 2 coffees.
the waffle thing: idk what this was supposed to be.. it was dried out egg they put in a waffle press. maybe a sliver of pepper in the whole thing. no cheese, no sausage as advertised.. just dry egg in the mold of a waffle that they folded line a sandwich with nothing in the middle. weird recipe choice. literally the cost of about 3 eggs was the entire cost of this meal.. for $10.
her ciabatta sandwich: same dry egg, bacon was there at least. No cheese.
edit: also just realized she ordered a medium and a large and we got 2 largest. lol. that's good I guess. coffee is good.
it just all shows a lack of something. lol. need to figure out was that something is. I'll be back. I always try and give something 3 chances

This place is empty about 90% of the day. Works for me, I have a nice spot to work some emails or take calls/webex meetings. Coffee is great, not bitter nor gritty. Customer service is nice.

I stopped here in the morning for breakfast sandwiches on my way to work and they can never get my sandwich right. Today it had no cheese, the other day it had no egg. My sandwich also changes prices on a daily basis even though my sandwich Remains the Same everyday
Very friendly, quick service, comfortable environment. Just love coffee cafe will have my business over any coffee shop!! Phenomenal red eye by the way :)

I’m so disappointed in my experience. I mobile ordered 5 coffees for myself and work crew. Picked up in store and went off to work. 4 of the 5 drinks were wrong. I called back to let them know. The girl who answered just said come back one day and we’ll give you one drink for free. She didn’t get my name or give me her name but either way I have no desire to go back. I also sent an email through their website requesting a refund for the 4 drinks and have never received a response. First and last time at this place.

2 small iced coffees (because they didn't have large cups) That were made wrong - this is the 3rd time so I give up. Tiramisu No Cinnamon was covered in cinnamon And I ordered a toffee coffee but got a bitter iced coffee no flavors. Then I ordered a grilled cheese and 20 minutes later still no sandwich We had an appointment and had to leave.
This place on the weekends is the worst. I've had 3 toffee coffee in a row during the week made correctly

Staffing ratio issues and lacking communication. Took 30 minutes to get my to go of avocado toast that I ordered in-person. Order was to go and staff placed it in the designated Grub Hub area and never informed me my order was completed. Finally had to go to the kitchen to see what was taking so long after several other customers in line behind me received their hot food items. I won't be visiting again.
