Kroger as a grocery store I like. My issue is this Kroger by Hall Rd in Maryville TN. I have to shop for meat/ steak at a competitor store. The cuts of meat have been horrible from this location. I would prefer a one-stop-shop but that is not possible. With the cost of meat I cannot afford to waist money on poor quality cuts of meat.
don't even go to the pharmacy there as the pharmacist is a total jerk to the elderly. they have broken laws, and no matter how many compliments there are about the main pharmacist, the district manager wont give a crap about anybody but themselves. they throw temper tantrums like little children when you complying about anything when it recommended to even my worst enemy

S Hall, Maryville, rudest Kroger treatment ever! Even Kroger national customer service is lousy, no response to my complaint in over two weeks. No wonder Kroger stock is on a do not invest list of my financial advisor.

Wonderful as always very helpful and friendly staff
I dropped my prescription off over 24 hours prior to going to pick it up...it wasn’t ready. They’re reason was because I didn’t “specify” what time I’d be there to pick it up. I shouldn’t have to. It should have been ready YESTERDAY or at the least, this morning.
Decent cheap pastries and loaves of bread. Fresh daily. The sweet pastries are sweet as hell though
very aggrevated! Went in tonight with both of my small children when i got off work, i finally got to the deli after getting what i needed, (over 300$ worth of groceries ) i just needed to get deli meat, the guy in the deli told me he couldnt help me because he needed to take the trash out and it would be about 15 minues, that he was told to do so, so your telling me it was more important to take the trash out than to help a paying customer?? Thats a shame.

Great service and helpful employees. They were very helpful at the Maryville store today. I am going to Alcoa in the morning because they did not have what I wanted there.
very disrespectful customer service and management. my best friend / roommate had his phone stolen and no one not even employees would help us whats worse he has Altisum
the lady in the self-checkout Lane was very rude. I had brought some wine up to purchase prior to 8 a.m. . she walked up to me and said you can't buy wine until 8 a.m. and just grabbed the bottles and walked off. I understand this is a state law, albeit stupid, but I was planning on leaving the line and waiting the extra 20 minutes. when I told her I was going to wait, she just said while they're sitting over there, while pointing way over to where the cart for restocking is. the lady there had short blonde hair and glasses
Ann is fantastic
