While the food there is exceptional. The service leaves something to be desired. Please teach your cashiers/ servers about customer service. For the server to get an attitude for asking a simple question about a sandwich is uncalled for.

On a road trip and did a bike ride on the Alcoa Greenway Trail and found this restaurant. Excellent fresh Savannah chopped salad and huge portions. Fresh fruit and a four cheese panini was excellent... Iced tea is fresh and refilled as needed. Food was prepared very quickly and delivered to our table. Highly recommend.

McAlister's is one of the better franchise restaurants. I've visited several across the country and I can always count on them being consistent. The food quality is better than average. It's tasty and a good amount, almost too much at times. They seem to train staff better than most restaurants, they are curtious and helpful. The food tastes fresh, sandwiches made well. The spudd are always wonderful for you tater eaters. Free drink refills.
