Im usually very pleased with this restaurant. Unfortunately today I was very disappointed with My savannah salad. It was missing several ingredients and just poorly put together. I get people make mistakes. I will try again, because it has always been so good. The spud was delicious though.

This is one of the best places to eat! It is very clean and fully stocked. This was my second time eating at McAlister's so I needed help. The person who took my order was very helpful and gave me the time I needed to decide what I could eat. I wish I had their name but unfortunately, I lost my receipt. They have the best employees and from what I see take pride in their work. This will be my new go-to for a pick 2 instead of Panera.

Went in tonight to pick up our carry out orders and one hadn’t gone through the system, but TRISH was so kind and was so thoughtful. She took care of it and helped me figure it out. She was also so friendly to my family and her staff. The staff was equally kind and quick! I would 100/10 recommend this location, and Trish deserves a raise and to be acknowledged! Thank you for making our night!!! 🫶
