I have to brag on this restaurant and the staff they are AMAZING! I placed an order for a meal after my current surgery. Me and my husband went to pick it up and of course I was all bandaged up. They were the most sweetest people I’ve ever met! They threw in a free dessert and the sweetest note I will always cherish! And of course they always have amazing food! The girl at the counter did not know what she was doing & when she scanned my order it should have given me the points, but instead it took my points off & still charged me. That is upsetting because I am a loyal customer to McAlister's. I was in Nashville the first weekend of Dec. 2025 & went to McAlister's & spent $30.00 & got no points either.. So, this is twice I got cheated on the points. I

Had a difficult time figuring out how to apply a free dessert on the app and Taylor took care of it for me very quickly with a smile. She even brought a complementary water to my table. Amelia went above and beyond to make sure my dessert was served the right way and was very friendly.
