What did my order for forty five minutes and did not receive it. Manager on shift caitlin was extremely rude to one of the employees that was in the window and was talking down on her then was to me. I left Because the atmosphere was not suitable. Will not come back to this establishment. I will travel the extra fifteen just to avoid this place.

Hamburger old dry no condiments. Chocolate shake was Chocolate water,terrible. Fish was cold tasted like it was cooked in 2 month old oil. Place was horrible

Do not go here for any special deal. They aren't capable of handling customers and they had lines out the door for the Grinch meals. They didn't have enough for everyone and instead of telling customers they just canceled the meals altogether after over an hour of waiting. The staff tells you to call corporate then when you do they say to talk to the store but they won't give refunds for stealing your money. I still haven't received a refund and they stole $17 from me by canceling and not refunding. All I got was we can send you a coupon. Um... I don't want a free regular hamburger I want my money and time back. So if you want to eat at a place that steals go ahead but I will never step foot in the Calderwood facility again. They steal. End of story.

All tables were dirty. Watched people come in and clean their own tables to sit down. Used the kiosk to dine in, went to scavenger one of those number plaques to put on my table. Then everything was take out anyways so made that process pointless. I asked for ketchup and they pointed to it behind the counter so I had to reach over to get some.
