I wish I could give zero stars. The service and the food are awful. This place needs to be demolished.
It took 12 minutes to receive my order. The food was cold. I went inside to ask for fresh fries, the manager KAYLA is completely unequipped to run a lemonade stand. The only time anyone spoke to me was when they said don't come behind the counter.
THERE IS NO ONE AT THE COUNTER, AND NO ONE WILL LOOK AT ME.

Took my daughter there for an outing and it made her happy
The worker in first windows neither looked at or spoke to me, just tossed my receipt at me. At the second windows, i was told my mobile order points would be returned but they would only accept cash. If that was the case they could have told me that at the order screen or at the first windows. The staff here is usually a little standoffish but today was the worst. I'll drive a little further to get my mcdonalds from now on
