This McDonald's knows how to make an awesome iced caramel coffee! I use the mobile order in the app, then pick a number and they bring me my order. They are fast bringing the order our normally, and the food is always hot.

I come here daily and get the same thing every day, a large iced vanilla coffee it's not hard its ice coffee vanilla and sugar, 70% of the time they somehow get it wrong either forgetting the vanilla or sometimes even forgetting the coffee (idfk how) I dont complain or turn back because it's not worth my time. But today was just exceptionally horrible. First off I ordered my coffee it came iced black... and I ordered a burrito for a change, which came FROZEN like wtaf...

Now I understand some of them are young,and inexperienced..
Y'all need to work on teaching or training or supervising them better before you allow them to interact with customers.
