The food is always fresh and made right. My only issue is the one manager. She tries to talk way to much and ends up saying something stupid and disrespectful. She told my wife she needed to get out in the sun and get a tan!! First off, not your place to say what she needs to do. Second, she might want to judge herself and own appearance before doing it to others, and third you don't know other people's situations. My wife takes blood thinners due to a blood clotting disorder. She can't be in the heat to long cause she'll pass out! Stay in your lane and just do your job!! If you go, go thru the drive thru

Person on the speaker literally answered “ what do you want?” And I gave my order and they’re all “ what else what else what else what else” pull around. I left. Whoever that person is needs to be FIRED immediately. If you’re reading this, most people go to McDonald’s as the last resort to work, you can even do that. You suck at your job wholeheartedly. Go under a rock and stay there.

Ask for 2 plain cheese burgers I have an allergy to pickles so that’s why I’m at work mid 12 hour shift and tell me why they just picked the pickles off like it doesn’t leave a god awful taste and residue glad I noticed before anything bad happened but if you have allergies just don’t risk it they obviously don’t care to put someone life in danger just to be lazy

Make sure you get what you ordered. They always leave stuff out at breakfast time. Then I called them when I got to work. She said l could get the 2 items the next day at breakfast time. I think the whole meal should be reimbursed. For the inconvenience. What do y'all think?

Worst McDonalds ever! Took 20 minutes to get our order. Everything was all screwed up. The bathrooms were filthy, smelled like a zoo, and no toilet paper at all in either stall. Poorly run and managed!!!

I went to use mens restroom and I checked the handle on the only stall and it was locked. While waiting I noticed someone inside was either listening to or watching football. After a long wait I knocked on the stall so they knew someone was waiting. The man angrily barked he was busy. I continued to wait. After a long long time he exited. It was a McDonald's employee. And he was very verbally abusive and cussing at me for disturbing him. I commented that he shouldn't be watching sports while at work. With that he threatened to take me outside and kick my ass. I commented to the store manager and left quickly without using restroom or buying food. I'll never use this McDonald's again!!!!
Not the friendliest bunch working the drive-thru, also got part of the order wrong. Ordered 2b meal with nothing but cheese and bacon on the sandwich. We got a sandwich with cheese, bacon, ketchup, and onions.

Went on my way home from work to get my kid something to eat. I was only the second person in line. After they order I moved up to the speaker box. I waited 10 minutes with no one saying anything. I tried to get someone's attention. No response. Went to the window and the other car was still there. Could not see an employee anywhere. I had to leave. Why even be open?

I asked for a large black coffee and they gave me some with cleaning chemicals in it. When I asked about it they said it was no big deal. That is unacceptable. We trust that food service will provide us with food and beverage that is safe for consumption free of cleaning chemicals. I will be contacting corporate and I urge everyone to stay away.
