I worked as a photographer in the wedding industry for 15 years and have had cakes from over 100 bakeries, and I can tell you that Nothing Bundt Cakes is one of the best I’ve ever had. Their cakes are ALWAYS fresh and they have a great selection of flavors. I HIGHLY recommend their cakes for all occasions!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Nothing Bundt Cakes in Alcoa! Today I bought two buntlets. They were so fresh and delicious! It is always very clean and the atmosphere is fun and cheery. Customer service is fantastic. Today a sweet girl named Alyssa greeted me and her bright smile made my day! She told me it was her very first day working there and already loved her job! I highly recommend this bakery to my friends and family and to anyone with a sweet tooth!

They need a new driver for their van. Saw a lady driving one of their vans using 2 lanes at the same time going 40 Mph on the highway then had the nerve to wail on the horn at me when I went around them. They could have caused an accident.

We went in today to get my husband his birthday Bundt cake. The employee told us that we had to have the app to receive it now. As I went to explained that we just downloaded the app that day and did not have the birthday coupon she very rudely cut me off and said “then I can’t give you one” and turned her back to us and grabbed a broom and started sweeping. We were planning on buying more but due to how rudely we were interrupted and treated we decided to leave. As we walked out the door another employee looked at the one who spoke to us and said “can you believe that” We understand what the new rules may be with how we receive the birthday cake and that is completely fine but they were rude and it was uncalled for. For a company that we quite often buy from, for every birthday and event we have never been spoken to like that. This was the first time we have been to the Alcoa location and we will not be back.

I just ordered some bundt cakes for a friend's birthday and they were so cute and apparently delicious. (I was not there for a bite) Delivery was spectacular. I knew from 40 minutes ahead of time to when they were dropped off where they were. They arrived so pretty and in perfect condition. I would definitely order again.
The cakes are dandy, but the staff has a bizarre policy of requiring customers to provide a phone number--even when placing a simple counter order to take with them. I gave mine once, and since then, I've been inundated with spam calls and texts. Without a loyalty program or clear reason for collecting this information, it's hard not to suspect that selling customer data may be part of their business model.

Today is my birthday and I wanted to try the Nilla Banana pudding before it ended!!! Oh my, I am so glad I did. They only con was..I didn't buy the big cake. This is by far the best one yet. Please please please make this a permanent flavor.

From out of town and staying in a hotel: ordered 3 bundlets and asked for forks. Girl tells me I have to order a party pack to get forks. WTH? Across the street at Gigi’s Cupcakes they have a utensil dispenser. Next time I’ll go there. #disappointed.
