Poor service. Had to go to front desk to get drink refill . Had to send overcooked meal back to kitchen. Ended up with no lunch as husband finished his long before my replacement meal came. Used to love olive garden. Now, never going back.

Went there with my cousin today. We were celebrating her birthday. Our server was terrible. She never took dirty plates, never refilled drinks (another server did), never offered more bread or to refill dipping sauce, forgot I was gonna make an order to go after I previously mentioned it, never offered dessert or coffee. My cousin’s food was bland and not enough sauce on it. I asked for more sauce for mine too. My food was good but I’d rather have had more pasta and less of the chicken. Still it was disappointing. It’s her favorite restaurant and our server forgot we were there most of the time or just didn’t care.

Danielle K was our server and she was so good! Her service was great and she was very charming. Good food as always too! I will definitely be going back to Olive Garden in the near future!

My girlfriend and I went to Olive Garden last night in Alcoa. Aurora is probably one of the best servers that has waited on us in a restaurant. Kind, upbeat, positive. Great person. Great service. Definitely earned her tip. $$$

Came this evening, The service here is awful. Our waitress was agitated, we didn’t have silverware had to wait to find someone to ask weren’t attended to at all half way through our meal finally got a drink refill. She then just said this is how you pay when you’re done and flinged the kiosk around. Didn’t take dirty salad plates. When we asked for 2 boxes she disappeared again, the host brought 2 tiny ones around when I asked for larger ones it took another 5 minutes. The restaurant was somewhat busy only saw one waitress attending to her tables and bussing other tables. The 2 men at the front were sitting on benches when we left playing on their phones.

This Olive Garden is always fantastic. The managers and wait stuff are always great. We came to an early dinner. The food is always good if it isn’t the staff is more than happy to get you something else or try again without hesitation. It is always top tier service. The new pumpkin cheesecake is the BOMB!

I absolutely love Olive Garden. This one's our go to we live beside.
Thursday, My daughter and I got our OG fav Soup and Salad... We usually have plenty for both of us because she is still little,
we got a sad salad, my 5YO daughter's words
" Mommy salad soupy" lol
It was a little damp..
I've never received a salad from there that was. I know it can happen sometimes so I don't blame a particular person..
Just check your to-go's especially if you got a little that Loves O.G.

20 min and not a soul came to check on us, even for drinks

We took our daughter here this past Wednesday for her birthday. Since it was her special day we didn’t want to make a scene for our unhappy experience.
When we first got there around 6pm on a Wednesday we was told no tables were available… yet we looked around and there were more that 6-8 tables empty. There was also others waiting. We waited about 25min before we was seated. There were several that came in then left because well it was ridiculous to “wait” on empty tables.
Then we was seated by the bar area. Our waitress was very friendly however my daughter noticed that when she got our salad plates she was only sitting them on the bar temporarily to make them easier to carry. Another waitress said to her “I’m not washing those” in which our waitress replied “stop with the attitude I was just fixing them so I could carry them” my 11 year old heard the whole thing. We finally got our food and while it looked great, it definitely lacked in flavor. Had it not been my daughter’s birthday I wouldn’t have paid well over $100 for us to eat. The calamari was extremely rubbery and you could tell it was frozen and heated. The breading just fell off of it.
Afterwards me and my husband talked privately and it definitely wasn’t worth $122 for the 4 of us. $20 entrees and I can cook better than this at home. The Alfredo sauce was extremely lacking in flavor. Honestly it tasted like a canned off brand sauce. My Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara tasted like it had no salt whatsoever. I actually looked for the salt and had none on the table.
We hadn’t been in a long time and only because it was her birthday we went back.
However I’m surprised this location is still in business. The food is just not worth it.
The two best things was the bread and sweet tea. That’s about it. They are lucky it was my daughter’s birthday. Otherwise I would’ve demanded a refund. Lesson learned.
