This is the slowest place ever. The service personnel is not the issue. The way they have just 1 person to take orders is obnoxious. Even if you go through the kiosk to order you still need to stand in line to get a cup, for just coffee. Hard to do a quick stop for coffee when it takes 10 minutes to get a cup. Do better please.
No greeting. Dirty dinning area. Had to grab disinfectant wipes and clean our table that was filthy. Never provided cup for self service prepaid drink. Unpleasant dining experience! Food was average for the price!
Sign on door and registers stated that due to staffing, customers would have to use kiosk.
Lady standing next to me only wanted a cup of coffee, and then asked how she would pay for it. Was not familiar on how to use kiosk.
At this point, I explained she would have to use her card. She was very frustrated. I cancelled my order because not having enough staff is a managerial, and not a customer problem. Some people are not familiar or comfortable using kiosks...
