Good food but high priced. Alcoa, Tn. restaurant needs desperately to redecorate and keep the tables & floors clean. I believe the booth cushions were recovered but without cushioning??
I come here every so often to order food and read my books since it’s always so cozy. The people who service the restaurant are always nice as well. In my opinion, this location does such a good job at giving takeout orders! I’ve ordered twice from this location as far as takeout when I can’t come in and both times I’ve gotten my order right on the time specified. I’m also not sure who the employee was last month when I ordered that put three pieces of the baguette bread...

Lady standing next to me only wanted a cup of coffee, and then asked how she would pay for it. Was not familiar on how to use kiosk.
At this point, I explained she would have to use her card. She was very frustrated. I cancelled my order because not having enough staff is a managerial, and not a customer problem. Some people are not familiar or comfortable using kiosks...
