Well my cheesesticks were nearly burnt and hard, additionally the mushrooms on the pizza for one, weren't cooked and two, were only a total of 8 pieces of mushrooms, literally one or piece of one on each slice. Additionally there's no cheese on half the pizza. Now, the second pizza looked like it had extra cheese on it. Also, the wings have no sauce on them. There was a tiny puddle of honey BBQ sauce in bottom of bowl but only one wing had any on it. And spending $45 for something that looks like it needs to go in the trash is rather upsetting.

Just buy Digorno from the store instead of buying from here.
2nd time getting delivery from here through Uber Eats. 1st time, I got a BBQ chicken pizza and and chicken alfredo. There was maybe a hint of BBQ sauce on the pizza. Alfredo was ok. 2nd time, got a garlic parmesean chicken pizza. Again, barely a hint of sauce. The Alfredo didnt even have Alfredo sauce.. Just cheese and pasta.

3rd time in a row ordering delivery and it's an absolute joke on how long it takes! I live 1.3 miles away from their location and this was the 1st time in made it in under an hour. This time was only 52min.... If you want your food quickly, you better order from somewhere else!!!

After 9 years of ordering here..we are DONE! First about a month ago, we ordered over 100.00 worth of pizzas and cheesesticks and wings. EVERY item was undercooked and had hardly any cheese. I call to get refund or credit, they said they would get back to me in 3 days and it never happenned...so wasted 100 of that order. The family loves Pizza Hut so I decided to give them one more try...big mistake! Order was scheduled for delivery at 8:30/ ...8:30 comes and goes and tracker now says 9:03....(:03 comes and goes and tracker says still being prepared..so I call...guess what...they are closed and not taking taking calls. Call center was closed folks...so we waited almost 2 hours and had no dinner. absolutely done!

Paid for the carry out order online. When my husband arrived they required him to insert a credit card. Not knowing I had paid, he complied, then realized this request WAS ONLY TO SOLICIT A TIP!. Totally unacceptable! The employee was even peaved when he didn't tip. We have both worked as servers and always tip for table service but we will not be pressured for tips on a carryout order. You just lost a 25+ year family customer. Goodbye Pizza Hut, hello Papa Johns, Blaze Pizza and Others.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza and this is the 3rd time in a row the app shows ordering with but receipt shows no pepperoni. Worst part delivery person shows up with pajamas on and passengers in the car. I’ll never order this place again.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! I want throw this out there I've seen many bad reviews for this location but we was treated WONDERFUL!! I also wanna say sometimes if you treat people shitty your gonna get shitty service. Asking someone how they day is goes along way in this day in time growing up in Maryville boy has the attitudes of people changed and being ugly to people doesn't get you anywhere but bad service. ALWAYS TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANNA BE TREATED!! The food was FANTASTIC & a little pricey but lots of things are pricey these days. Keep up the AMAZING WORK!!

We decided to try something other than our regular pizza place and I must say we were highly disappointed. The cheese sticks were good and the boneless chicken was ok. However the pizza was the worst we've ever had anywhere. We couldn't eat it and had to throw it away. It was thin, cold and like chewing on a cardboard box. It's sad because we use to love pizza hut pizza.

Put in order on app. Received confirmation that order was ready via email and app. Got to store at the time my order was said to be ready. Doors locked. The woman behind counter starts screaming at me through the locked doors that they were closed and order was canceled. Screaming. If she has calmly been apologetic I would not be writing this review right now. I will never ever buy anything from pizza hut again. 2 days later I've still not received any notice about this order being canceled. If you do business with them do not put your credit card info in. I chose the cash option. From what I'm reading this is an ongoing problem and it will take forever to resolve. All their customer service is in India now. You can't even call the store directly. Shame on you PH.
