We had food delivered last night from our local Pizza Hut that we always use. I did the order online which is so very easy. Right away it told me my approximate 9:00 pm delivery time. The VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL LADY which brought our order to the door was awesome. Not only was she sweet and cordial she was so sweet and complimented our home and neighborhood!! Believe it or not she pulled up with the food at 9:01 pm. I know because we have a clock at the front door on the wall. The food was very securely packaged, was still warm right from the oven and the Starry drinks were like they were just taken from the fridge. It was DELICIOUS. I even had the leftover Cinnabon minis for breakfast this morning…and the remaining wings for lunch. My husband was out of luck tho…he swallowed both huge pieces of his Melt last night. Hahaha. Wr will DEFINITELY order from there again. Pizza Hut on Hannum Street in Alcoa, TN ROCKS!!! Call them today. You won’t be sorry.

Don’t place any orders here through the Pizza Hut app. Despite that their posted hours show they are open they are closing three hours early. The app processed the order and charged my credit card but when I arrived for my carry out order they were closed. No one answered their phone. Tried calling next day to get a refund they still didn’t answer the phone. Had to physically drive there hoping they were open and they gave me a cancelation slip. No explanation was given for the early closure just that they closed at 8PM last night.

Been coming here for years but over the last few months it’s been pretty bad. Ordered tonight at 6:21 pickup from the app says 15 mins. I drove 30 mins from work on the way home. 6:50 the guy at the counter said “oh there’s 4 orders in front of yours” but the app said it’s ready.
Ordered delivery from here 3 weeks ago because we were sick. Waited almost 3 hours for our order because they had no drivers.
This place needs a serious overhaul of everything from the top down

3rd time in a row over a 1 year period they have gotten my order incorrect or forgotten items. You can't call them bec you are sent to an outsourced company who answers their calls for them. When they transfer you back to the store you stay on hold. Not a good way to run a company.

This Pizza Hut is absolute trash. They are supposed to be open until midnight, placed an order online at 8 pm, and I was given an estimated delivery time of 9 pm. By 9:20 pm when the pizza hadn’t arrived and the store wouldn’t answer the phone, after they already charged my card for the order, I drove to the store just to find out that they ran out of dough and my order was never made. The employees were not apologetic at all and could not care less about the crappy customer service they provide. Now, I have no pizza, my credit card has been charged, and their customer service center has put me on hold for over 20 minutes with no resolution. DO NOT ORDER from this store, they are absolute trash and will not refund you your money.

Whoever Jacob is, he is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I’m currently working full time and doordashing on the side and have to bring my 5 month old with me which he didn’t agree with apparently by the way that he talked to me. Anybody who has to DoorDash with their baby please be aware of this guy, definitely made me emotional as this isn’t the position that I want to be in but I have to do what I have to do. Just didn’t help that this guy was being a jerk for no reason at all

Walked in order wasn't ready yet so waited for a bit. As I am waiting I see staff making the pizzas NOT WEARING GLOVES. One of them even scratched their nose, then continued tossing toppings on a pizza. GROSS. Won't go back to this one!
The atmosphere was down as they didn't have indoor dining. The food was super as I have come to expect from Pizza Hut. We ordered a split pan pizza and Marci, who held down the fort there all by herself, had the pizza out in 10 minutes. Excellent.

This is their “pepperoni lovers” pizza. We have ordered from this pizza hut multiple times before and always gotten food that looked like it was from the commercials. Absolutely delicious!! This visit however was not like prior experiences. I read some pamphlets at the store that said it was under “new management “. I quickly figured out how the new management was going to maximize profits….by going heavy on the sauce and light on the meats and cheese. Almost $40 for what’s in the picture….ridiculous

Canceled my order I placed at 830pm. Didn't get any info. Went to the store at 11pm and the manager wouldn't even talk to us just said oh well the money will go back to your card . Through a closed door. They closed an hour early. WORST PLACE EVER!!! If that's their management, no wonder they can't stay staffed.
