Every time I come here to pickup DoorDash orders I usually have to unassign them. 20+ minutes wait for an order is ridiculous. The staff seems to not know what’s going on in their own restaurant and the cooks like to stand around on their phones. No wonder the orders take forever. Not coming back here!

Please dont order doordash from here, I just picked up an order that was ready except for the garlic bread, I stood for 9 minutes watching the cook eat right where food is made, laughing, cutting up before he felt like puutithe bread in the to go box!

We came in on Christmas Day and it wasn't quite busy yet. The kitchen was behind so after ordering and sitting for an hour, we asked our server, Jennifer, to make it to go. We got a bag and paid and left. We get back to our hotel and my husband's food was there but my scallops and shrimp meal was not. I have called repeatedly and they will not answer the phone. $17.99 just gone I guess. We are not from here so I guess lesson learned.

Made the mistake of eating here for lunch at the Alcoa Highway location. Salad bar was nice. Staff were nice. Ordered 6 oz ribeye and baked potato. I was shocked when they brought my meal. The “ribeye” was less than appealing to the eye. About 1/4” thick. Took one bite. Disgusting and vomit worthy. Suggested to my husband it was road kill from Alcoa Highway. Not one of the staff asked why I hadn’t eaten the steak. We paid for the meal. Will NOT ever go back. Diners beware!

Worst Ruby Tuesday every been to. Server Erika R. seemed upset that we asked her to wipe down the table. She brought our drinks and then went in st down in a booth talking with someone she knew. After more then 10 minutes she came back and took our order. Went to the salad bar and it was bauxite basically empty. Hardly any lettuce. My wife went back up to get more stuff and now threw was no lettuce. We waited 15 minutes, still no lettuce. The place was not busy Not one time did the server come by or table and ask how everything was, she was to busy talking with the person in the booth.
