Visited Monday Dec 2nd. Hadn't been to a Ruby Tuesday in years, but we'll try to visit again soon. The hostess at the front door made us feel so welcome to be there. Our server Manny was friendly and attentive. Our glasses were never empty. The veggie burgers were cooked perfectly, juicy on the inside, slightly crisp on the outside. The salad bar was a delicious as I remembered. Highly recommend the queso and chips.

We eat at RubyTuesdays in Alcoa, Tn. most Sundays after Church. Today’s experience was extra special. Our server was the best we’ve had. His name is Davon. Such a nice person and very considerate. Thank you RT’s for hiring this young man.
We were just traveling through and decided to stop in and we are glad we did food was good and our waiter Manuel was amazing the best waiter we had in a long time

I love this ruby tuesday, my only weird experience was there was a waiter who delivered our appetizer to us started speaking in Japanese, he wasnt Japanese,,for a minute I thought I was having a stroke because I didn't understand a single word, then he came back and explained that he does this all the time, just kinda weird

Ordered curbside for many reasons, called both numbers multiple times over 20 minutes, ended up having to go in, find a server who then handed me a bag of now subpar food that had been bagged and set aside...definitely NOT deserving of the 20% tip I left.. very disappointed ☹️
