I've ran many restaurants. This place when I go in really isn't that busy. But usually takes 2hrs to get your food. And if you order online. Please check your order before leaving. 3hrs of my life I want get back. And when they supposedly fixed my order. I check it wasn't my order. Lol but they had a crew in the back and shouldn't be that backed up. And those ladys up front be fighting with each other. If you all just worked as a team you get more done. I been eating here alot. But idk ?♂️ takes to long to cook food or get orders out or even get them right.

Fish was not cooked and then after like 15 mins it was not dropped on the grill yet so the manager pulled herself away from whatever was keeping her attention from what was happening in her restuarant to drop it for the cooks....update after 2 hours in this restuarant waiting for our orders to be taken and waiting on my order to be recooked the manager gave me 5 dollars off my meal....to wait for a 25 min recook..5 dollars. HA! Won't be back
Food tasted fine but I got half the amount of food I would get anywhere else. Got an 8 oz steak but I guess there was 4 oz of fat because it was tiny. Baked potato was also miniscule. Waitress paid very little attention to us and seemed to not want us there.

Arrived & two staff members having conversation. Had to ask if I could sit down & order. Had salad bar & ordered baked potato. My server never brought potato another server found & brought to me. Cheese on potato tasted bad. Staff from back came sat @ bar & had long conversation with server who was not attentive. Have tried to visit Ruby Tuesdays but will be my last time. Does not feel clean can’t count on good food & obviously no manger who can maintain the above. Sad

Total drama tonight. Waited 15 mins to make a drink order at the bar. Bartender was audibly flustered. Music playing from the kitchen was weird. Food was ok, not awesome, a bit greasy. Had the deconstucted kabobs. The staff was upset and let everyone know. No one needs to air their dirty laundry in front of customers. Made us feel unworthy to be eating here.
We went to get the smash burger and fried chicken sandwich that was advertised as the Tuesday special. There were only about seven tables in the entire restaurant and we waited 15 minutes for the waitress to come and get our drink order. After getting our drink order, we were informed there were no sandwiches available because they were out of hamburger buns unless we wanted toast. They were happy to let us order something more expensive that had no bun. Nice bait and switch. This is continually the worst ran restaurant in Maryville/Alcoa.

The floors from door to a booth were gross. Our shoes stuck all over the place. Salad bar looked "tired". Started to review menu but couldn't get past the nastiness of the floor had to leave! The waitress said yeah I know! This place needs a thorough cleaning, and salad bar needs a revamp and better looking food items. We would not recommend this restaurant.

I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesdays in about 10 years. I refused to go because of the experience I had then. Today was much better and I enjoyed the service and the food was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for their deconstructed Kabobs.
