This is a tiny airport and this is the only restaurant. The staff is friendly and they seem close and to enjoy each other. It's a nice vibe in there, and the music was great.🤩Fast service. I got a bottled beer and packaged cake.
Arrived early for my flight and decided to grab breakfast. What a treat to find Ruby's offers breakfast (all the Ruby Tuesdays in my home state have closed). It was hot, delicious, and fast. The two servers were kind and attentive, despite how busy they were. If I ever come back through Knoxville, I will definitely stop again.
The bourbon salmon was excellent along with Mashed potatoes and zucchini. Finished with carrot cake - a pleasant surprise for the airport. David our server was great - definitely coming back.
