We had friends in from out of town and needed a large area for all the people we had. They gave us the banquet room which was perfect. Our server Valerie was absolutely fantastic. She handled everything beyond our expectations. The buffet was kept well stocked and the food was excellent. After our meal the manager on duty, I didn't get his name, came by to thank us for our business. It was a very professional and friendly gesture that many restaurants would not have done....
My only complaint is that the biscuit i had for their breakfast bar was hard as a rock. They eventually brought out new biscuits and they were edible. They need a new way to keep those biscuits fresh. Everything else is great.
I went to this shoneys just after my kid had her tonsils taken out she begged to stop there because she figured they would have something she could eat I want to thank the waitress who went way out of her way to help her find something she ended up having ice cream and cottage cheese but she was happy she got something she could eat thank you to that waitress for your caring and understanding
