Ordered two southwest wraps and received two bacon chicken ranch wraps. They went in the trash because of the high sodium content. The queso fries did not come with queso. Maybe if workers actually listened to your customers and cared about their jobs, they wouldn't mess up. We waited for over 10 minutes in line at the drive-through, and we were at the window waiting. The people working were horseplaying around inside, and the person working didn't tell us how much our order was at the speaker. It was horrible. Took our money. It's highway robbery here. We didn't get what we paid for, and by the time we stopped to eat, it was too far to turn around. Get your crap together, Sonic. Or hire people who are actually capable of doing their jobs. I will never come here again. The fries that came with our order look like they have rotten potato flesh on the sticks, or it looks like fried fish with the skin not removed. The fryer oil smells like fish. Nasty. The drive-through window is full of germs. This place is disgusting.

My pregnant wife wanted an oreo sonic blast with extra oreos. Instead, I paid 8 dollars for a cup of ice cream with a couple of oreos sprinkled on top. Thanks guys.

My fiance and I went here on break a few days back and several mistakes were made and we ended up really sick off the food. We called the manager and informed her of the issues. Overall the service was decent the lady who bought out our order was really polite and kind. Upon recieving our food at the stall my fiance ordered a sandwich which was suppose to have lettuce and tomatoe instead it just had meat and bread. And when we tasted his oreo shake the milk tasted very very spoiled. I ordered a chocolate shake and they stirred the whipped topping into the chocolate instead of doing it the way they always have but mine tasted okay. Not sure what happened that day but we will not be going back. We had a terrible time after that for about 2 days non stop restroom breaks immediate and at random times, the common symptoms of spoiled milk - food poisoning. It wasn't fun when we called the manager she was nice and had offered us a free meal upon returning but I do not think we can with how bad we truly felt 😔

What sonic doesn't have ice-cream cones anymore ?? Ordering machines don't work, most pull ins are for call ins only. I honestly don't understand how they are still open. I really do feel sorry for the car hops.

This facility is not the Sonic I have come to know with only 6 slots for driving customers to park & order One would think that this is hurting their cells. The equipment that I interfaced with the speaker cuts in and out continuously he would not allow me to add a tip at the end of the process as I usually did and just a general lackluster appearance. Personally, I would sell the property and get a better lot for a bigger store.

This sonic on Alcoa highway is stupid slow. When you see 10 cars go through the drive through before they serve any of the parked cars is totally out of line. They need to take care of all customers not just drive through. I have had to wait over 30 mins for an Uber eats order that should have been done when I got there. Very bad business practices.

An absolutely awful experience, ordered on the app and ended up waiting 1 hour for 5 drinks and a hot dog. I went up to the window to ask what was taking so long, was apologized to and assured it would be out shortly, then waited another 20 minutes before going to ask again. They ignored me several times the 2nd time, and once I was finally able to have a conversation with someone they seemed extremely intoxicated and out of it. Do not come here, none of the total was reduced or explanation given.

I worked here and the GM knows nothing about management. She was a hard worker before GM but now she is ran off all good workers including myself. She would have come for help on how to do things. She doesn't work with schedules. And I'm not the only good worker she ran. You would think she would need us. She doesn't run a business for the better of the business just for the personal money. She won't even have a assistant manager there to help because it takes from her bonus and such but she will ask for help from other sonics employees to help.

Ok so I've had some issues in the past with this store but I have to say the Gen mgr over there has done a great job cleaning house and getting rid of the bad apples. She needs to be recognized for the turn around. Great job. I ordered last night and was very impressed. All my food came out hot and fresh. Also good job on the new and improved popcorn chicken. Much better. The new improvements on the restaurant look great also. New paint and menus. You can clearly see that the Mgr really cares and is doin her best to improve the quality of the restaurant in general. She needs a raise. Good job and keep up the good work.
