This is your typical Starbucks experience. A staff that was organized and new what they were doing. A clean and comfortable restaurant and lounge area. One of the best cups of coffee in the multiple chains of coffee shops. You always know what your getting at a Starbucks and when it comes to consistency I love it in my coffee. Also had a few vanilla bean scones which, as always, were phenomenal. Always a good visit at Starbucks and this location is very good. I reccomend a visit and will be back myself.

Never had an issue placing an order in a busy drive-thru line until this location. The woman on the speaker told me it wasn’t ready, so I offered to loop back around, but she said to go ahead and pull up to the window. The woman at the window was snippy when she told me they “literally just” got my order so it wasn’t ready yet. (Is that somehow opposed to everyone else who “literally just” ordered at the speaker? Lol.) They told me to come inside to get my order after I’d already offered to lap the drive-thru. I work in customer service too. If a mild inconvenience with an arguably annoying customer gets you so flustered that you’re bordering rude, maybe the Starbucks drive-thru isn’t the place for you to get your bag.

I got a my go to Venti Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso add caramel drizzle and vanilla sweet cream cold foam and half of the drink is just cold foam.
I bought two kids vanilla steamers, they were $4.40 each for 6oz of milk. Supposed to be kids temperature because it’s a kids steamer…. They were so hot it burned my hand to pick them up and a few minutes later I tested the temp before giving it to my kids it’s a good thing g I did because, it burned my tongue instead of theirs😓.

So I drove through the Alcoa Highway, Starbucks this morning and was severely disappointed! Being an employee of Starbucks, I have perhaps high expectations of the service and quality of my coffee. I don’t know what they did to my brown sugar, oat milk, shaken, espresso, with my three pumps of white mocha, But it tasted horrible. It tasted bitter and the nastiness of the espresso, overwhelmed my favorite combination of flavors, which is really quite incredible. I don’t know if they are serving dead shots at that Starbucks or what the deal is, but I was also disappointed with the service when I forgot to ask for a Splash of vanilla sweet cream and was told that it would be $1.25 extra for a splash. I could understand if I was getting my oat milk replaced with sweet cream, but it was the way the up charge was presented, and the baristas spoke to me That completely turned me off to this location. I will never be going back to this Starbucks again!

What I would like to say about the attitude of the workers in this store would not be safe for publication. It will be the first and the last time I go to that location. I'll gladly go well out of my way to find better customer service.
