I ate there for the first time today, I got a reuben and it was delicious, very friendly staff.
I’m only giving a 3 star because of your hours of operation. I use to love Subs n Such but since the new management took over food takes a lot longer to get and your hours are not long enough for you to stop and get a sandwich for dinner. Unless you don’t work or you work near by it’s impossible to stop here and eat for lunch hours only. It would be nice if you would extend your hours a little so working ppl can enjoy your establishment too. At least 7:00 like the Soup Kitchen does across the street. Please consider this!

usually we have a good quality experience at subs and such but this time, the woman steamed our subs so much they liquified to the point that we just tossed them in the garbage, waste of 35$ for some water logged unedible food, great customer service as always but man did that lady ruin our food.
Today I couldn't get the app to work so I had to go in and I ordered my food HOT ..granted they got really busy I sat patiently for 25mins for my food just to get home and have a cold sandwich.this is my favorite spot I'm just really disappointed today 😭

Update 10/29/24: service is extremely slow. Ordered at 11:27 per receipt and got food at 11:48. It was not busy either. It should not take over 20 minutes to make a sandwich. Looks like just one person making the sandwiches, and they kept calling out food for door dash and to go orders. What about the people in the dining room. If you are in a hurry, don't eat here. The prices are also way up now. A combo 6" meal is over $12.
Previous review over a year ago. Food is good. Nothing really outstanding but better than some other sandwich shops. Service is a little slow.

I have been eating the chicken salad sub for 20+ years. There have been a lot of problems since the move , management, and covid but my go-to sandwich was always great. I do not eat here as often as I used to so I dont know how long this has been happening - the recipe for the chicken salad has changed. Its bland, too salty, and the texture is that of finely minced beef. Awful! The white bread is also different - it claims to be the original supplier…well that supplier has changed the bread and it is now stiff and bland and dry. $18 for a 12 inch. I could only eat 1/3 of it and threw the rest in the trash. Disgraceful what this local staple has become. The end of an era! We will not be back.
So I went to subs and such today. the customers are rude
I made two trips in one, my first and my last.
I was warned about this restaurant, but I wanted a sub, so I figured I would give them a chance. Sadly, I should have listened to the advice from my friend as this was easily the worst sub I have ever had.
I ordered a foot long Philly Cheesesteak, drink and all the total came to $18.50. Severely overpriced given the subpar food. In an effort to make you think you’ve received your moneys worth they do give you a lot of meat and bread. The Philly I received was ground up and dry, it tasted like cardboard. I’ve never seen a Philly Cheesesteak come ground up. When I told them it tastes awful, I received the usual “that’s how we always do it”.
Clearly, based off what I was given and their response they don’t know how subs are made. If you want a sub avoid this place and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

When about a year ago and wasnt impressed the least bit. I gave it another shot and much much better. It had gone down bad from the previous owners. But they have definitely gotten it together recently. Prices will be higher than most remember. But not outrageous. Just a part of the modern times we live in.
