Wanted a hot sandwich, heated and toasted, and this thing was cold. After heating in the microwave( so I could have it hot), the cheese, mayo and mustard all ran out and the fresh veggies are now soggy. If they would just prepare the sandwich the way I asked for it, it would have been a whole lot better. When I go to other Subway locations, they cook it correctly.

Trying to be budget conscious in this world we live in right now, I ordered a ham sandwich. Ham sandwich is the only thing i said. Not one of the overpriced named sandwiches they have. Went to pay for it and was charged for an overpriced named sandwich. Was told you have to ask for the no named option when ordering. If that is true why have names for each sandwich? If I wanted whatever it was that I was charged for, I would have asked for it by name. Listen to your customers when they order.

Would give negative stars if it was possible. My wife and I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. We had not had Subway breakfast in a long time and discovered the egg white delight was no longer available. Went ahead and ordered as my wife decided thst she would just take the eggs off and basically eat a green pepper and onion sandwich. Since this is all she was going to have on her sandwich she requested lots of onions and green peppers. The person making the sandwich refused to provide the requested amounts., claiming they were only allowed to put on a designated amount of toppings even though, that is all my wife wanted on her sandwich. You pay a premium for food these days and expect to have it prepared how you want it prepared. Won't visit this Subway ever again!

Stopped in for a salad, food was good service was not very good. I walked in and was greeted in a such an annoyance manner. Proceeded to give my order, the employee seemed like she could be doing something better with her time and I was a bother to her. Not very welcoming or pleasant for being in CUSTOMER SERVICE. At this point let us glove up and make our own food and check out because clearly people HATE their jobs. AND I LEFT A TIP. Really wish I hadn’t. I don’t remember the exact name but her employee number was 100372 listed on my receipt.

BRING BACK QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICERS!!

Your manager at this store is the reason why you don't get a lot of business!

I come here to eat almost every day and get a veggie delight. Most of the time, I have great customer service experience, today however, I met the manager. Who apparently wants to limit the amount of vegetables that can be put on the sandwich. I like a lot of onions, and she wanted to only give me like 4 or five pieces for a footlong. I asked for more, and she informed me that she couldn't give me much more. I didn't ask for the whole onion, just a little extra past what should be on a footlong anyway.

****Below Sub Par Service!!!!**** I frequented this establishment on Friday, April 5, 2024 around 11:45am. I've been doing this for a couple of months now once a week when I work in Blount County. I always go through the drive-thru. The lack of professionalism each time I go still amazes me. When you pull to the order board, they call you honey, sweetie, sugar ... but, I thought well...we are southerners and grew to find it somewhat endearing. But I ordered my sandwich and drink and pulled to the window. As I paid for my order, I apologized to her for not tipping. That is something I also don't understand, but, that's another issue for another time. Her total demeanor changed. She forgot to give me my drink. So, I just waited and she came back. Highly irritated. I asked her if I could have a napkin. She literally wadded the napkins, my credit card and receipt and flung them to me. Never have I received such treatment. I went inside to inform management. The minute I walked in, a second employee immediately called to me, Even though it was packed with patrons, and said can I help you. I asked for a supervisor. She said they were the only two there and no manager. Now, she's yelling this at me in front of everyone. I'm utterly humiliated but began to explain. The girl from the drive thru then aggressively inserts herself into the conversation and begins yelling at me. The other employee then yells at me that I didn't need to come in there all "high falootin" and lying. And said there was a room full of witnesses. She was utterly belligerent. After a minute I realized these are truly irrational people and there was no point in trying to discuss the matter and left. It was shocking and disturbing to say the least. I eat at Subway a minimum of two times a week. I've never witnessed anything like this before at Subway or any restaurant in my life. I couldn't even eat the food I purchased. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. I will update this post once I hear back from them. If I hear back from them.

My husband and I stopped by this location for lunch today (3/25/2024 around 11:45am) and I must say those ladies are awesome at their job! Although it was packed inside and drive thru was packed also, they got us in and out and had the best customer service ever! Somebody needs to give these ladies a raise!

2/20/24 9pm. We dropped off our rental car @ the airport and was going to p/u a late dinner. When the employee came over the intercom and asked if we had placed an online order. We stated no, she proceeded to state that she had five sandwiches in line & it was up to us if we wanted to wait. Needless to say with that negative response we got our dinner elsewhere. Communication is key. More than likely with a positive response/wording we would have waited.
