Sweet Retreat (Poke-Ramen-Boba)

Food was REALLY good. Service was quick and simple. The atmosphere i would say maybe more tvs for entertainment or slightly louder music for more atmosphere and maybe a little more seating but we will definitely be going back for more. Also we tried the Poke we need to go back and try the ramen. The Bobba tea was excellent.

This place is sooo good! Their boba is cheaper compared to other stores. The staff is nice and the place is clean. I recommend heavily! My only (small) complaint is that the matcha is kinda of watered down but that’s mostly due to the ice but it’s still so good!

I have only gotten boba here so I am basing my entire review on the tea. The tea is very fragrant and seems to be mainly artificial tasting. The boba however has always been solid. I got the jasmine tea and the green tea with honeysuckle and both had very fragrant flavors that did not taste like real tea. If they could brew/have some other method of making the tea, I would be sold on it because the boba was great.

Their Poké Bowl was delicious, had big portions, and a reasonable price and their mango boba was tasty. I highly recommend this place for both!

I absolutely love this place. But I am disappointed with my most recent experience. I ordered through doordash - Poke, Ramen and 2 Thai Teas. The Ramen was completely missing. I was charged for it on doordash - but the receipt on the outside of the bag doesn't list Ramen at all. I'm not sure what went wrong - but I hope it doesn't happen again.

Ian and I recently enjoyed an early dinner at Sweet Retreat in Alcoa, TN, and it was a delightful experience. I paired my meal with a coconut boba tea topped with strawberry popping boba—an absolutely delicious combination that I highly recommend.

The staff at Sweet Retreat were exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing our dining experience with their warm hospitality. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including ramen and rolled ice cream, catering to diverse tastes. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both meals and treats. 

Overall, our visit to Sweet Retreat was thoroughly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning. It’s a five-star establishment in Alcoa that we highly recommend to others.
