One of the worst places I've been to went through drive through placed a order guy at the window was to busy baby sitting a little girl and forgot to give me my card back I had to ask for it back then when I got home noticed 5 items I ordered was missing but they charged me for it. These people are getting paid $14-15.00 and hour and can't even do there job very disappointed. This was the calderwood alcoa location I think district managers should check in on this place when there beating people out of money missing items you pay for is the same as stealing. I wouldn't give them a star one if I had the choice. I will be telling everyone I know not to eat there.

It gets worse each time I go through the drive thru. Please fire the AI. I want to talk to a human when ordering. My order was nowhere close to correct and you can't tell because the screen is tiny and scrolls too fast.

Zero stars if I could… for the record, THERE WAS NO SIGN STATING LOBBY WAS CLOSED. Only a sign saying that they are hiring. Both doors were locked so we were not able to enter after already placing order and paying for our food.. employee kept looking at us and shaking her heard and rolling her eyes. Our food sat on the counter 5-10 mins. (We both ordered nachos so at that point they were already MUSH and cold by the time we got them. Both food items were made incorrectly and there was also no straws or napkins in our bag. Our boxes had nacho cheese all over the outside of them and inside our bag so we got it all over our laps and clothes bc we were forced to eat on our car!!! Toddler also needed to pee (potty training) but she wouldn’t let us in. Won’t come back to this location again.

Taco Bell is my go to.. I’ll start there… however.. I’m pretty sure I received “reheated chicken bites” they were hard and un edible… kind infuriated… please think of customers and the food your serving.
