The best Taco Bell in Maryville to go and get your food from after hours or late night your food won’t be HalfA## throw together, cold or etc. ?? the older man that runs night shift he like his job and that makes the difference when it comes to fast food cuz if they don’t like where they work like this younger generation your food is going to suck. So the older gentleman that runs night shift he should get a $2/$3 dollar raise on his hourly pay just on those ?FACT’S?REAL-TALK?RNS?Parking: There is 3 different ways to get in or out and plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: 90% of restaurants in Maryville are but it doesn’t have a play ground and the other 10% i would be referring to would be bar’s? you don’t won’t to take your kids into one of those if so you probably going to have DCS knockin on your door the next day if you do.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is but the parking lot is at a slight angle but most all are for water to drain away

I was at the Taco Bell on Calderwood Hwy in Alcoa earlier to get breakfast. I literally saw a manager puke on the kitchen floor. Poor thing could not hold back or get to a sink or trash can in time. I asked one of the employees if she was okay and they said no that she had been like that all morning and upper management would not answer her calls or respond to her texts so she could get someone to cover so she could go the doctor. It’s really sad that Taco Bell treats their management and employees that way. Poor girl was afraid of loosing her job and pleading it to the public. Several customers walked out and I’m not sure if anyone else checked on her. I’m really disappointed in Taco Bell.

Went to the Alcoa taco bell and all employees were rude. Myorder was messed up and my crunchy tacos were broken in pieces. A mother and Daughter that ordered Sametime as me waited at least 30 minutes while a group of six and a group of 4 got their's first and the mother daughter were not happy.

I was at Taco Bell in alcoa this evening. Some were on their breaks, and some getting off work, so working well they was a man came inside and just stood there I was standing there waiting on my order all at once this lady comes in screaming too the top of her lungs to all employees there that she didn't get 1 cinnamon crunch in her order in drive through said her husband was waving his arms while he stood there he did not move or say a word till she came in out of control I mean come on that cinnamon crunch is only a dollar and something no need for all that drama and screaming that loud at every employee that worked there what is wrong with this world where is your patience and human kindness they were doing their best they didn't mean too mess up shame on you lady you need some anger management I felt so sorry for all those work they were so upset one was pregnant whats this world coming too .you guys hang in there and God bless you all
Went through the drive through tonight around 11 P.M. Skip was working the window and intercom taking orders. Not only was he rude (as always) but he also cussed and was complaining to me about how much he hates his job. It seems like he is never in a good mood. On top of the horrible customer service, multiple items were incorrect and made wrong. This place is trash.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location we live in greenback & we drive to this one because our Food is ALWAYS fresh & they ALWAYS get my order right!Also want to say that being KIND & saying like your doing a fantastic job or simply say thank you does go along way! If anyone has ever worked fast food on head set it's extremely hard when your running a cash register & taking orders at the same time taco bell is one of those places that has to do that most don't know but that's why I do Google reviews to help people

You kinda always know what you are going to get out of tacobell. Spicy cheesy food always hits the spot. I always go to drive through because I hate how they have modernized the dining area.
What's funny is we decided to go to this one bc the one closer to home isn't that great.The dining area was closed so we had to drive through. The food tasted funny, like the sour cream was old or something. They were prob just having an off day.
