I found out tonight why your restaurant has a 3.6 rating. Cause you guys have very bad customer service and the food was an absolute mess and the place needs cleaned. It all started when I ordered a meal with a Baja blast and got to the window and they had me a liquid drink so I ask kayle are the blast not frozen and she replies no they are called a freeze so I said I misunderstood can I change it? Her reply was I can’t order at the window I have to go back through the drive thru. So I tried to explain myself and she closed the window. Then I check my meal and it looked like they made is very messy on purpose so I started to walk in and try get a refund or my meal fixed and the floors looks like they haven’t been mopped in weeks so I just tossed it all away and went to Wendy’s. Stay clear of this place

After waiting over 15 minutes at the speaker I decided to go to the window. I was then told to either go back around at the end of the line or come in for my mobile order. I decided to go in. It’s been 20 minutes and nothing is done and no one even glanced at me. I go back through the drive thru, finally get my order. No apology nothing. I have worked retail and food service, I understand it. But some sort of accountability would have been nice in this situation. Go to another location if you can.

Lazy.
When you are at the restaurant past midnight, then the line will be 10 cars with no movement for over 30 minutes.
Then you call to see if maybe the fryer not working or microwave is burned down but their response is they are 9 pages behind. Question is, are they just not have enough employee or just too slow or lazy or what?

Oh not to mention he just hang up when I asked him what is going on..
Maybe someone needs a new job.

This might be the best Taco Bell in town! Crunchy tacos had a fresh, crispy shell, beans and rice were nice and warm, burritos were neatly wrapped, special requests were accurate. And they had cute Halloween decorations too!
