Me and my family always go through the drive thru and kalifm always is the nicest and very helpful for anything we need help definitely is the best My wife went there tonight to get us so food and Ms Niffatoria was just so rude and seemed like she didn't even want to help got the order wrong went back thru the line and she acted like it was our fault then still got it wrong and this ain't the first time she has been really rude

If you’re looking for a way to destroy your nerves and completely ruin your mood, this is the perfect place! This Taco Bell is by far the worst I’ve ever seen: • Service? Completely nonexistent. The staff is slow, careless, and act like they’re doing you a favor. • Food? Cold, tasteless, and served like leftovers from the night before. • Cleanliness? A total disaster. The bathroom is always out of toilet paper and lacks even basic hygiene. • Late-night orders? A nightmare. If you come at night, you’ll be stuck in the drive-thru until sunrise. • Management? Totally absent.
I will never come back here again. Absolutely terrible in every possible way.

When I got to the window, the lady who I found out later is the manager but I asked the cashier for one little tiny cup of red sauce, which is free. She turned around and asked for a cup of red sauce, the manager looked at me and said I'd have to drive around at that point the line was like 10 cars. It's obvious she's not management material. That would have taken 3 seconds to get that cup of red sauce. I said never mind, because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes so, when I pulled over in the parking lot to eat the taco, the taco shell was old and stale and there's like four strings of cheese on my taco. It was so gross I could not eat it. I guess they must have been desperate when they assigned her to a management position. She looked like an angry Little Beaver on top of that. I'm not trying to be rude I'm just very observant. Don't order tacos because their shells are old and stale. Pretty disgusting. So was the Managers attitude. 🙄🤷🏻☠️💥🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

This would be a great place for a fast food restaurant oh wait it's supposed to be a taco bell? We'll, the fact that a customer knows a cheesy gordita crunch comes with spicy ranch not sour cream and the employees don't 🙄 and we won't talk about the fact that the potatoes for the cheesy fiesta potato order are hard as a rock and broke one of my teeth off. 10/10 would not recommend.
