I Visited this locations drive through tonight, for the second time in the past week, and was pleasantly surprised both times to see a new guy working the window. he is outstanding. Very attentive and polite to customers. Food was out fast, and still hot when I arrived home. Everything ordered was made precisely as requested. Hats off to this crew! (I have encountered rudeness from different Taco Bell employees in the past) recently however, my expectations have been exceeded. Keep up the good work and give this guy a raise! will add name if learned

Place is terrible. If it would let me leave a 0 score I would. Went to drive through sat there over 12 min waiting on someone to take my order as I watched car after car go through the lane designated to app orders. Finally got someone to take my order. After getting my order half of it was missing so I went inside and was treated as a criminal by the manager. He was on his cell phone when I walked in interrupted me while I was telling the assistant manager what the issue was. He then insulted me saying something about my daughter who was with me and never even asked how he could fix my order. I stated man times I was not offered or given a receipt and he seemed not to care. He refused after the 4th time to fix my order and then I demanded a refund and he refused that as well. They have a sigh on the wall I took a picture of stating if your order was messed up they would fix it or refund your money and neither was granted to me. Another customer actually handed me a $20 bill out of there pocket. I called the corporate number to complain and they seemed not to care either. I’ve been to that location a lot over the past yr and they always mess my food up. No longer will I go to toco bell. I will not give my business to any company who treats there customers with such disregard and treat them as if they don’t matter. The manager actually told me I should go somewhere else if I was that dissatisfied and that if I didn’t want to wait so long to get my order taken to order with there app. Again he never even had the decency to try and fix my order. $20.60 was charged to my debit card to be treated like dirt by this guy. Plus Taco Bell took away all there customer service from people going inside because it’s all over by computers now. So you are pretty much just a number to them now and if you have an issue tough luck to ya.
