Great friendly staff.Gen mgr Jim has his team in order, like a well oiled machine .The District mgr April's cooking is top notch and she's not afraid to stand and slig food with the best of them. Head server kaelee on 3rd shift is grade A, they are lucky to have her. Very attentive to her customers. Good job guys

Bret and Robin went above and beyond for us! Server with red hair was rude and didn't even write our order down and Bret went out of his way to make sure he took our order and Robin was a huge help !! Night shift was awesome thank y'all so much !!

It's a little difficult getting in and out of the restaurant, if you are traveling north bound on Alcoa Highway and Alcoa Tennessee. However, from both of my experiences here, it's well worth it.

Exactly what I wanted from Waffel House, friendly helpful prompt service! I take my Grand Babies as a treat and they love the simple food and atmosphere. Thank you Waffle House! Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and WAFFLES! Yum!

Hands down, cleanest men's room I've seen in any waffle house so far. Customers need to clean up after themselves a whole lot better. Guys, it's not the employees responsibility to wipe the toilet for you! Could use some classic country music.

Every waffle house I've ever been to has been the most welcoming diner I've ever eaten at and this one is no different. Great service, friendly employees, clean tables, and always jokes to be shared. This one has been my new regular spot for a few months now and they never fail to brighten my mood despite my regular not-very-frequent visits at 2am or 3am which is their overnight shift. The chef never gets my order wrong and I highly appreciate them for that and even when they do get something about it wrong, I never complain because the food tastes wonderful either way and still works it's magic on my mood. I can honestly say this place cures my depression every time I walk in the door. Also get the 57 sauce. It works wonders for adding flavor to hashbrown bowls. I always leave tips and have started doing so out of habit because I love this place and these people so much.

I've been to this waffle house many times over the years and I've only gotten food poisoning once so that's a pretty good track record for waffle houses.
The employees are always very friendly and ~30$ for two people to eat is a pretty good deal nowadays.
The juke box is also nice especially after a night out.

I went to the Waffle House early in the am with my husband.A lady named Mary Beth took my order.It took her a minute to find it on the menu.The cook brought us our food and when we were ready to go Mary Beth had charged us for an additional drink.We simply asked about the additional drink and she said that’s how it was supposed to be rang up .I told her I’ve been coming weekly for 4 weeks and described the people who took my order the other three weeks before and said they did it different She said she’s been there three weeks and she’s never seen it rang up that way. She said that they ring up things how they want to and that they give discounts.She was loud,rude and wrong.The price was on the menu.She then asked if we were seniors we had one senior meal and one regular .I have never experienced such ignorance at this location on Alcoa hwy. As I was leaving a man that was inside even said something about her aggressive attitude.Embarrassing behavior on her part.
