I went when i got off work and the overall experience was just awful. The waitress was all over the place and not attending to the new customers coming in until they are seated and have been waiting for 5+ mintues. When she did get around, she was short and did the minimum. The table was sticky from the last people and not fully wiped down. Took 15+ mintutes just to get drinks and food today over 30. When the food was brought out, they left out the sausage and the waitress tried to blame it on the new cook when she never told the cook what we needed.The food was barely cooked and cold at the same time. Overall experience would be a 1/10

Overall food is a little bland. However, if you want a real meal, order the three egg omelette with everything in it but the kitchen sink. It's about $20 for the meal and drink which seems a little high but if you add in excellent, friendly service along with the best omlet I've had in a long time, I guess the price is fair.

We stopped at this Waffle House on the way to visit my father at Blount Memorial Hospital. The food was great, the service was fast and friendly, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I especially loved that they had TouchTunes available, so I could pick music I enjoyed while having breakfast with my family. We’ll definitely be back—thank you for the great food and service!

Never have I ever been so disappointed in Waffle House! Every year my mom comes to visit and on our way to the airport, we have our farewell breakfast here. There was no greeting, we sat at a dirty table that we wiped off with napkins, our server forgot my sons waffle., I had to send my biscuit sandwich back because the biscuit was so doughy because it wasn't cooked enough. My mom's eggs were undercooked, watery and gross. The waffle my son FINALLY got after I had to ask for it, wasn't cooked through. We left and no one said good bye or batted an eye when we walked out the door. Food and service was absolutely awful. Next year, I think we'll get our meal elsewhere.

It's Waffle House! The food is basic but delicious and cheap. We waited a few minutes for a seat but the place was clean and super close to the airport so no need to stress. I ordered the Philly melt, greasy goodness!

Robyn, Tiffany, and Jim! Everyone was great! They let me sing a little bit from the jukebox while enjoying my time with my granddaughter. I'm theatrical, sing all the time, and love when God wants me to share a teachable moment with a stranger! We are all loved and needed ❤️
