Most of the time there food is good but today they made us wait over 30 mins and then decided to stick our food on top of their trashcan instead of the table right beside it. And the girl literally lied saying it wasn't a trashcan.

I received a burger sandwich that I specifically custom ordered . I asked for only the burger, tomato, onions nothing else. I received a burger with cheese on it. Now it was Wednesday when I got it. I went back to get it replaced. Not only was my request refused. But the manager was very disrespectful to me in front of her employees and other customers. I have lactose intolerance. So she says cheese automatically are put on these burgers. Her justification for refusing to replace the sandwich.

First off, I’m a young teen and was alone in the building. Two men were laughing and chatting at the front behind the counter but weren’t acknowledging me. I figured out what to order but felt very uncomfortable since the guys sounded like they were talking about me. Maybe I’m just slightly over reacting but I left immediately, not feeling safe at all. Very awkward and I had to ask for the receipt. Said “have a good day.” And didn’t even get a response. Not going back ever again, or at least not alone.

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes. With one car in front of me and no one ever took the car at drive thru order. I pulled out and left, a did the 2 cars behind me. Went to McDonald's right down the road and had my food and clear off drive thru with 4 cars in front of me in under 5 minutes. Poor service leads to no business.

It was like 6:30 pm on Monday the 29th of September 2025 and I went through the drive through ordered a salad and other item's they did not give me a ranch I had my daughter run inside seconds after we received the food she was taking a while so my husband went inside to see what was taking so long. Instead of handing my daughter the ranch the employee got weired like we were trying to come up on a ranch packet lol she took for ever trying to find our order saying she didn't remember anyone ordering a salad...my daughter literally walked in seconds after receiving our purchases weirdo lol guess we look like ranch bandits. And my husband is nicer than me that's some BS whats on that silly girls mind!
