I love their hamburgers and fries. I mainly get the hamburgers, but the other items are also great. They have tasty shakes

my food was good, and the order was correct! there wasn’t any issue there. the issue was the cash register at the front. i walked in to grab a to-go order and the woman up at the front was looking down, reading something on her phone. i made eye contact with another worker behind the counter who i smiled at and she smiled back, and then got the cashiers attention. the cashier slowly raised her head and gave me a death glare, as if she was pissed off at me for taking her away from her phone. i told her i had a to go order, and she rolled her eyes and looked over at a bag sitting on the counter. i looked at it and it was mine, said thank you, and she still refused to speak a word to me. this was the rudest interaction ive ever had here.

The person at the drive through was pleasant and efficient. I got my food within a reasonable amount of time. The food however was awful. I ordered a Dave’s single combo. The burger had a small flat patty, maybe a bit larger than a Krystal. The bun was quite larger than the patty. I have ordered the same burger several times and this was by far the worst one I’ve ever had. I will never go to this location again The fries were greasy.

With regard to the long waits at the box, their manipulating the clock on customer service speed, the clock doesn’t start til they take your order, it’s been going on here for a long time and management turns a blind eye to it!!!! Poor general management to let that occur!!! Poor upper management for not being able to recognize it!!!!! The drive thru still has the same huge pot hole that will knock your car out of alignment, choose a different Wendy’s if at all possible!!!!! Please change your district manager for incompetence!!!

Where do I begin other then being absolutely annoyed... I should not of had to wait at drive thru to order for 10 minutes period. The lack of respect on them not saying sorry for your wait. There was at 4 other cars behind me waiting as well. Maybe your crew should learn time management better because the food I ordered didn't look good at all.

Management is UNPROFESSIONAL & all the food is horrible old grease raw meat still fries cold . And the GM want to argue instead of taking responsibility and fixing she rather be defensive. And I called around and apparently they treat their customers and staff with no respect, food be molded and they still serve it to the ppl . And they allow the staff to do drugs at work in the baths and by the trash cans . Also was told by a few staff members that the managers are sleeping with the staff .. this restaurant as went down hill in the past few years very unclean unsanitary.

I pulled into the drive-through Wendy’s being the third car at the speaker with no cars at the window. It took 12 minutes for me to get from that spot to the window and then I waited for them to open the window and take my money now before getting to the speaker, there was a car behind me that pulled off And several others that stayed. I really choose not to go to this Wendy’s because maybe one and every four times I end up with a meal that I am happy withThe only time I go to this Wendy’s is when I’m too tired to drive to the other one. It’s crazy that I have to drive 20 minutes away from my home instead of three minutes away from my home to get Fresh Wendy’s. That being said when I go to the other Wendy’s, which there are two other locations and that Food rides home with me in the car for 20 minutes before I actually get To unwrap and eat it it’s still better than what takes me three minutes to get to. I have watched the staff change there and I always have a little hope that it’s gonna get better. I really don’t know where I’m going with this message. I just wanna say Wendy’s Of Calderwoodbe better And you will do better!
Parking: Parking is usually ok because if there 6 cars in the drive thru just go somewhere else
Kid-friendliness: The kids would rather go to Chick-fil-A there everyone talks to the kids it’s not hit or miss the kids usually do the ordering
Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 to 3 wheelchair accessibility spots right in front of the door, but it goes through the drive-through to get to it which most people are usually kind and observant of wheelchair crossing that being said there’s not a lot of parking at this Wendy’s in the first place will let you park on the other side of the building and Walk through the exiting drive-through traffic or drive through the Wendy’s parking lot toward the Pawnshop and then back down the other aisle, you can park there and then walk across the grass and across the parking lot
I ordered 3 crabby patty meals and a 50 piece honey BBQ bites for my family and when i got my order the chicken was plane nuggets and there was only one crabby patty sandwich and two really hot chicken sandwiches that made my kids cry 😢 from the heat and when I called they tried telling me they gave me the right order when I had the food right in front of me I'll never go there again the whole time I was there everyone was lost no one knew what to do no order at all just people running around playing and not doing there damm jobs by far the worst place I have ever been

Came to get some nuggets and a baked potato, store was closed drive through only looked like only one person was doing any work while everyone else stood around, food was horrible, didnt give any sour cream for the potato that cones with sour cream, if yall cant properly stock and operate a store then just close down.
