We went through the drive through ordered a bucket of chili. Not only was it half full but what we did receive was all liquid. Been trying to call them for 3 days now and they won't answer the phone. I contacted corporate just now. Let's see how that goes

You could be the only person in line and your order would still be messed up. Food is cold and burnt last time i ordered they forgot my entire burger. They dont clearly dont care about customers at all. If you try to call and report something missing or wrong they will never pick up the phone. The manager should be ashamed of the staff and food quality.
The breakfast crew here are good at their jobs. They are awesome. The evening crew, not so much. The older lady in charge on 8/16/25 does not have customer service skills and would benefit from learning some. I would rather go further for more expensive food than deal with that again.

Person on register didn't know how to use digital coupon. Hamburger was COLD. I wanted to try the new Wednesday frosty. The syrup has little cherry flavor. Small squirt in bottom of cup and the frosty wasn't frozen. Certainly wouldn't recommend this location.

They were slammed this morning, and things took much longer than expected before I had to go into work. I appreciate them handling the situation the best they could.
I was able to make it to work on time, and the biscuits were good. Think it’s more of a process/high customer traffic issue that may need to be looked at.

Worst Wendy’s ever. I pulled in at 10:24am to get breakfast…Then I was informed. they are serving lunch. “Well what time do you stop serving breakfast?…says 10:30 right there.” (Pointed at the sign on window)girl shrugged her shoulders..I asked for the manager. Manager came then started explaining how she can’t serve breakfast and lunch at the same time….said 10:15. Slammed the window as hard as she could.
So all your Google and website lies about your breakfast times and anyone that goes to the restaurant between 10:15-10:30, expecting breakfast wastes their time and gas when they would just go somewhere else? That’s trash. If it was so impossible, every other fast food restaurant, including other Wendy’s locations, wouldn’t be doing it….smh. Quit wasting peoples time and do your job the way Wendy’s says.

Not a good experience. Food was cold. Ordered two Biggie Meals and 10 piece Chicken Nuggets. Of course, the Biggie meal includes a 4 piece chicken nuggets. Had to go back and ask for the chicken nugget dip and the attendant argued stating he could only give me two. Then we realized the Biggie nuggets were missing. The attendant argued with me stating he gave them to us. Told him I didn’t get them, but he would not give in. And typically, no receipt of sale was given. I just told him to forget it. And oh yes, this was the first Wendy’s built in the area. This kind of attitude may end it all. At least my business with them.
I love their hamburgers and fries. I mainly get the hamburgers, but the other items are also great. They have tasty shakes
Kid-friendliness: It is very kid friendly. They have booster seats for little ones. And a kids menu, I believe.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and room for a wheelchair inside.

my food was good, and the order was correct! there wasn’t any issue there. the issue was the cash register at the front. i walked in to grab a to-go order and the woman up at the front was looking down, reading something on her phone. i made eye contact with another worker behind the counter who i smiled at and she smiled back, and then got the cashiers attention. the cashier slowly raised her head and gave me a death glare, as if she was pissed off at me for taking her away from her phone. i told her i had a to go order, and she rolled her eyes and looked over at a bag sitting on the counter. i looked at it and it was mine, said thank you, and she still refused to speak a word to me. this was the rudest interaction ive ever had here.

The person at the drive through was pleasant and efficient. I got my food within a reasonable amount of time. The food however was awful. I ordered a Dave’s single combo. The burger had a small flat patty, maybe a bit larger than a Krystal. The bun was quite larger than the patty. I have ordered the same burger several times and this was by far the worst one I’ve ever had. I will never go to this location again The fries were greasy.

This Wendy’s sucks for all the reasons stated in the other 1 star reviews! Why does corporate allow this to go on? How can chick fil a have good food and service?
With regard to the long waits at the box, their manipulating the clock on customer service speed, the clock doesn’t start til they take your order, it’s been going on here for a long time and management turns a blind eye to it!!!! Poor general management to let that occur!!! Poor upper management for not being able to recognize it!!!!! The drive thru still has the same huge pot hole that will knock your car out of alignment, choose a different Wendy’s if at all possible!!!!! Please change your district manager for incompetence!!!

Where do I begin other then being absolutely annoyed... I should not of had to wait at drive thru to order for 10 minutes period. The lack of respect on them not saying sorry for your wait. There was at 4 other cars behind me waiting as well. Maybe your crew should learn time management better because the food I ordered didn't look good at all.
