Drive through didn't give me my card back then an employee tried to send their selves money from my debit card. Had to get the police to come get them to give me my card back because all the doors were locked. No one would own up so I filed a police report.

Bought a Cobb salad today at this location. It had no tomatoes, no cheese, no eggs and the bacon was ripped apart on top of the Lettuce. The chicken was tiny chunks so hard and dried up it couldn't be chewed. Worst salad I ever had.

It says it’s open at 6:30 am until midnight, but apparently 5 pm doesn’t fall into their operating hours. I placed mobile order for dine in. Through the windows I saw them place my order into Mobile Order pick up area. Cool deal, but the dining room is closed, so obviously I can’t pick up my order inside of the door is locked! Had to let my kids eat in the car, and didn’t have anywhere to throw away trash. Frustrating. Disappointing. Straight up horrible experience.

Went through the drive thru and ordered two small double stacks, a tangerine twist lemonade, and a Asiago bacon chicken sandwich combo. Our order was out in less than 2 minutes which I thought was great....NO it was out that quick because them burgers were old and sitting on expo waiting to be thrown in the trash. Overcooked, hard , crispy edges made these burgers terrible. I ate one and threw the other away because I just couldn't eat it. We probably will not return to this location if any Wendy's again. This location is always dropping the ball. The only good thing about my visit was the sweet girl at the window. $23 on trash!!

When I got home I got out of the car and my bag that I had my food in ripped all the way down the side like is a wet paper bag literally all my food hit the ground and I quickly realized that they had forgot my chicken nuggets so I had to turn around and drive 20 minutes back to to Wendy's to get my chicken nuggets and get my order replaced

Time was 12:15 am on 9/29/2025. I got a #1 Dave's Double, fries, large Sprite. Got it to go at drive-thru after flying into Knoxville TYS. Fries were good, drink was fine. Burger had meat that was overcooked and tasted several hours old. I did not get sick after eating it, but it was not good. I rarely complain about food; this was disappointing.

Made mobile orders last 2 nights, however they were closed. Closed before 12p on Mon and 11p on Tues, app said they were open til 1.
every single time we use this Wendy’s, something is missing. doesn’t matter if we use DoorDash or go in person. last night we ordered 2 biggie bags with the burger and nuggets and we were missing both sets of nuggets. I’ve had nuggets missing multiple times before. I’ve had fries missing, sauces missing, apple slices, drinks. it can’t be that hard to make sure the order is correct.

I've been to this wendys a few times and every single time the wait is insanely long. One time they told me to drive around because they had an issue, then by the time I got back to the ordering station they told me they were closed.... this has to be the worst wendys in the area. I will not be returning here and I suggest no one else goes there either.
