One of if not the worst Wendys locations in East Tennessee.

I was doing an Uber eats pickup order at 12:55 am to pick up an order that was placed 1 hr ago. They stated they had no food left out at all serve and no order ready an f refused to make anything and said the store was closed! Which means they closed the store down what 30 minutes early at minimum but stated they closed at one. Refused to give me name to report! Horrible service! No food! I lost time and money! All because he didn't want to do his job!

I have worked fast food for 30 plus years and the drive through here is ridiculous. They literally take one cars order fill it and do nothing with the next car until they have completely filled and sent first car on there way. Not even "I'll be right with you"nothing. They not realize they can take more than one cars order at a time. I'm sitting at speaker 10 car lengths away from windows and not even a hello for more than 7minutes.

3 car in drive thru, 1 car orders then drives to window and got food before they would take the next order. 15 mins for 3 cars. I also got the wrong food.

Food was cold. Bathrooms were filthy at 11am. No paper towels. Counter was dirty. My belly hurt later. Regret eating here but never again.

Stay away from here. I was overcharged and when I asked for a refund the shift manager argued angrily with me numerous times. He actually said he wasn’t authorized to refund. I’ve never been treated like this anywhere. I emailed corporate.

I came to Wendy’s to get something to eat after working all day I payed 20+ dollars for me sum thing to eat also got my dad something to eat and we didn’t get our full order and when I called to let somone know the guy who answered had a ungrateful attitude and I asked if I could get something instead of what I ordered beck they were out of what I ordered he said yes and asked me what I want I said one sec to find out and he hung up on me I had called back several times after being hung up on and still no answer. It’s not even busy over there , there communication sucks and rip people off on there orders I hate to say it but the Mc Donald’s beside them does 10times better.🤬

Absolutely terrible food. Cold and disgusting. Employees do not wear gloves , terrible attitude, long hair not put up in a net. Stay away from them

Half the order was missing,the half we did get was wrong. Food was cold, scanner for my reward points was broken, had to check my credit card app to see if double charged.

Watched the car in front of us get food. We sat for five minutes with no one saying anything on the com. Three cars dipped before we finally left.
I was duped into buying 6 key tags for the Jr frosties back earlier this year FROM THIS LOCATION. And every time I've went thru there trying to finally use my key tags, THEIR MACHINE IS ALWAYS SUPPOSEDLY DOWN! SO. I STARTED TO NOTICE THAT WHEN EVER I ORDERED AN EXTRA FIRST ITS ALWAYS WOFKING THEN! BUT IF I ORDER THE KEY TAGS 1ST ITS ALWAYS BROKEN!! SO LAST NIGHT, WE WENT THRU THE DRIVETHRU TO SEE IF WE COULD FINALLY MAKE USE OF OUR KEY TAGS, SO I ASKED AHEAD OF TIME, IS YOUR FROSTY MACHINE WORKING?? THE MAN SAID OH YES OUR FROSTY MACHINE IS WORKING, HE SAID "WHICH FLAVOR WOULD U LIKE?" AND PROCEEDED TO SAY THEY HAVE "CHOCOLATE & PINEAPPLE ONLY" OK CAN WE GET 6 CHOCOLATE FROSTY JR'S?, THE GUY SAID OK NO PROBLEM & GAVE US OUR TOTAL & ONCE WE PROCEEDED TO TELL HIM THAT WE HAVE THE 6 KEY TAGS, HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL US THAT THE FROSTY MACHINE WWS BROKEN!! AND WOW!! UT MUSTVE LITERALLY G4IJ3B

Let me start off by saying that this place went severely down hill since COVID. There dining room is never open and so I understand that the drive thru is where they are now focusing their time and effort. Then they need to make some changes. They don't know what fast food is any more. I never wait any less then 20 mins if it's after 730 pm. So tonight it got there about 9:15pm I waited for bout 25 mins for just a couple baked potatoes and some dave famous chilli only to be told that they were out of both items once they finally answered. I had no plans to order anything else but quickly chose a large fry and a large tea. I asked the mgr, Yes the MGR, why they were out of the items and he said well the chilli because they didn't make it for us.( Whoever they are. I'm guessing another shift) Guess the mgr does not have the know-how or ability to make more so they will just be out the whole shift.not sayin much for who runs the store at night. No baked potatoes um cause they take an hour to cook and I guess he didn't wanna do that so they are just gonna be out of them too. They are still opened for 4 hours mind you. That is ridiculous. 3 cars drove off behind me before they could order. I watch 2 of them drive next store to McDonald's so congrats. You are losing business left and right to you competition cause you have a lazy mgr and night shift.

Came through the drive through on 25 Oct and Johnathan was the man. I can't count how many times in recent history people have handed me my drinks for my family of 5 and can't tell me which drink is which. This man was on top of his game. I didn't even have to ask! He named them off as they came out the window. That's what customer service at the drive through is supposed to look like! Thank you Johnathan!
They make you wait in the drive through for 10 minutes. Not worth it.
