Our very first visit to Smoky Mountain, Tennessee, was made even more memorable by our first meal at Yassin’s Falafel House in Alcoa, and we couldn’t have chosen a better spot to kick off our trip! We ordered the falafel plate and the falafel sandwich, and both were absolutely outstanding—by far the best falafel we've had.

The falafel plate was beautifully presented with perfectly crispy and golden falafel balls that were light and fluffy inside. The flavors were authentic and well-balanced, with just the right amount of seasoning. The accompanying sides—hummus, fresh salad, and warm pita—complemented the falafel wonderfully, making it a satisfying and wholesome meal.

The falafel sandwich was equally impressive. Stuffed generously with fresh vegetables, pickles, and a creamy tahini sauce, every bite was bursting with flavor. The pita was soft and held everything together without falling apart, which made it a joy to eat.

The atmosphere at Yassin’s Falafel House is warm and inviting, with a friendly staff that made us feel right at home. The service was quick, yet the quality of the food was top-notch, showing the care they put into each dish.

If you’re visiting the Smoky Mountain area, Yassin’s Falafel House is a must-visit for anyone who loves fresh, delicious Middle Eastern food. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu!

This was my first time eating at Yassin's, and it definitely won't be the last. I had the chicken shawarma sandwich, and it was YUMMY!! The tables were clean, and I didn't have to wait very long at all before my order was ready. The next time, I would like to try one of their gyros. That's what my dining companion had, and it looked tasty, as well.

This is definitely one off the best places in town by far. I ordered the #2 chicken wrap and I've not tasted anything that good in a very long time. Service was amazing, I was greeted, offered help ordering, and given thanks when leaving. Amazing customer service and amazing food. Definitely a little higher of a price point but considering everything is fresh, I was not at all concerned about it. Glad I gave it a try.

Excellent food and service. Very respectful of food allergies and vegetarians. Easily subbed out food to meet our needs. Food is excellent and service is as well. Excellent little Mediterranean restaurant.

We ordered the falafel wrap and chicken platter. Both were delicious . The garlic tahini was amazing. The service was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

Amazing gyro! Good amount of meat with sauce and not over saturated. Also shared some of the warm pita and hummus. The hummus was a little more oily than I like but still tasted good. Delicious warm, fresh pita bread was a great accompaniment

SO GOOD!! I got the falafel wrap with tzatziki and a kids veggie meal with rice. The falafel was incredible, so flavorful & perfect texture. The tzatziki was perfectly garlicky. ? ? ? Service was great too! Appreciated that they walked around and checked on us after ordering. He offered to get a bag when he saw us wrapping up leftovers. Great customer service!
