My feet stuck to the floor you could hear my feet from the door to the register i told the young lady i was going somewhere else if it was that nasty in the lobby i could alone imagine how dirty it was back there

Went in on Thursday October 30th to get some dinner and the people in front of me began to cause a commotion about their food (which isn’t the issue) the issue began when the manager who I heard to be Tammy, was completely disrespectful to the worker who messed up the number on the order, it seemed. Which once again isn’t the issue but she was completely unprofessional towards the worker who had made the mistake which was not only was uncomfortable to witness but completely disrespectful towards the worker who was clearly a minor. Overall the experience was tense and uncomfortable and issues like this should be handled with more professionalism especially from a manger towards a minor who clearly isn’t getting paid enough to deal with this as it is. Food was good though and the worker was still polite afterwards while taking my order, so overall the attitude of the manager to the worker in front of the customers was very appalling when it was clearly a grown woman talking to a minor.

These people couldnt get an order right if it made itself. The only good thing is the sauce and youre better off just buying some in bulk from the store for your own food.

Zaxby's is the best fast food chicken out there. Better than Bo-somebody and KFchicken. The salads are huge! The wings are great! What more can I say? Once you try Zaxby's, you won't go back to the other places.

Did drive threw the woman that took my order was friendly. I asked her for ranch and cup holder she was nice and obliged. I ordered 4 of the great 8 wing meals. The only thing I didn't like was the quantity of the meal there was very little fries less then a hand full. And very very small amount of sause on my wings it was like i ordered just chicken nuggets.

Highly disappointed with this location and the lack of compassion and understanding with their customer service. We attempted to go through the drive through to place an order at approx. 9:40p. The location says it's open until 11p (double checked before going because last time the drive thru was closed early). I was informed that they only serve orders for doordash and that they will not serve guests. I was then told that this was change was instituted today as the worker seemed unsure and fumbled over their response, even if this is accurate how would I as a guest know of this change and why, if this policy change has been so recently changed (literally today) would there not be some kind of contingency offer to apologize for the inconvenience . Don't waste your time, this was a complete disappointment. Why would you turn away paying guests? Please update your company website with the current hours of operation for regular guests who don't need or want to use a third party app to pay for food.

I work at a financial company and I was in the Maryville office on Friday, August 1. Is a very busy day for us. I ordered lunch on the app for the entire office. The total bill came to over $65. Sent the team member to pick up the food, they came back with half of it when I called to speak with the manager I was told yes they forgot to give them this second bag. I explained I wasn’t quite sure when we’ll be able to get there to pick up the remaining bag and I wanted it to be hot. She stated they would indeed remake it. I agreed to put in an order for a drink, which would prompt them to remake the food because that meant we were coming for it. I also explained we had no sauces, even though we had our cheese bites, and two salads sitting here. she said the sauces were in the other bag. I said OK please make sure that they are in the bag with his new order. The team member returned to the office with no sauces. Now we had chicken fingers, fried pickles, cheese bites, and two salad salads. We had no dressings or dipping sauces and I even paid for extra dipping sauces. I called the manager back and she said that the team member says they put sausage in the bag. I explained I am also a multi unit manager and I surely would not call stating we had no sauces if we did not and I didn’t think that that was the most appropriate conversation to have with a Customer as I felt she was stating I was lying. Now I know that’s not what she meant however, it could’ve been perceived that way and we all know perception is reality. She then stayed at the she would put my name in the book and we could have our entire meal made again. That she would ensure that everything was as should be. So I called on Monday to get our lunch. I speak with a young lady. She states the only thing in the book was the child’s meal and the fried pickles, now that’s what we were missing the first time. I then say when is the manager on duty that was on duty Friday around 2:30 PM. She tells me she does not know she will have to look into it. So I ask when I should call back or if she was gonna call me back when it was straightened out. She said she had to leave at 2 o’clock because she had a special-needs child and the father was at work so she would have to leave at 2 o’clock not sure what they had to do with me however she did call me back quickly afterwards and tell me the district manager was notified and they stated that a $20 credit should suffice. I asked for the district manager to return my call. I am awaiting that call. I will gladly update my Google review once I Receive that call with those Details. I never would’ve expected a whole remade meal, but since that’s what I was told considering we weren’t able to enjoy hours with the order and no sauces or dressings and certainly was not gonna send somebody up there a third time, this seemed fair to me and now I’m being told something completely different. That is poor customer service. Not only the experience on Friday, but the experience on Monday as well.
